We have just bought a house via Trigglets and could not have hoped for a better experience. Throughout the whole process everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, professional and friendly putting us at ease during those stressful moments and assisting us with anything and everything we could need.

We predominantly dealt with Rebecca Parry who I cannot praise enough, whenever we had any concerns or problems we would quickly respond to emails and go over and above to help. But like I said everyone we interacted with was fantastic.

On the day of sale they stayed in contact, and when I went to pick up the keys they gave us a box of excellent goodies and vouchers for our new house.

Best estate agents I have ever dealt with by far, if we were to sell in the future we would be going through Triggelets.

After working with Helen I can say the experience was a delight. She took her time when explaining things and helping me find paperwork I needed. This is my 1st place and with mental health issues Helen made me feel relaxed and informed about everything that was going to happen next. Extremely helpful, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Friendly service from start to finish. There were lots of delays with the sale outside of our control but Trigglets kept us informed and always responded quickly.

These guys were really great to work with! After the last letting agents, who let us down so much, it was nice to see these guys restore our faith in letting agents.

We had a few delays with decorating but we didn't mind at all! They got us the cutest moving in box to apologise for the delay, it was appreciated.

Trigglets helped me sell a property I inherited. They performed all the viewings and kept me up to date on progress, even outside office hours. We had one buyer pull out but the property was quickly back on the market and sold again within a week. All the team are very personable and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Extremely competitively priced too.

I have only dealt with 1 letting agents before trigglets and they stole my bond, never came out to do repairs promised even while I had a new born, mold and damp!! So I always said I would never go with an agency again.

How ever due to unforeseen circumstances I had no choice but to use a agency, now I must admit the faith in an agency has been restored thanks to trigglets. The staff are always on hand to help and deal with your query even if it’s via email or phone. Within hours of needing assistance (plumber, electrics or who ever it is needing to come) they have someone contacting you to come and either repair or look at the problem! No problem was ever a issue, they was simply brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant experience with them. I am sad to now be moving into a bigger property and having to start a new trust process with a new landlord but I would definitely recommend using trigglets to anyone!!

My experience with Trigg Let’s prior to moving day was excellent. The staff were helpful to the extreme. Sadly moving day was so stressful with a long wait to receive keys. No fault is apportioned to TL but to the seller’s solicitor who kept everyone waiting.

covid 19 made it hard time to sell our house ,but we got there in the end ,many thanks to trigglets hands face and space came first carry on doing whats best for us ,well done

Steve was friendly and professional, he did a great job at selling Trigglets to us and the house was sold within 10 days of going on the market. Sadly that's where the positives end. What followed was a frustrating 4 months of appalling communication, unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails. We had little, but mostly zero, updates in the after sale, in fact we got more updates from third parties. There were no progress checks, they were unable to give us vital information whilst we were being contacted by outside companies. There was lack of communication with our solicitors which led to unncessary confusion. We discussed our concerns with Steve months ago, he accepted communication hadn't met their standards, yet nothing changed and right up to completion we were left to make our own calls and gain our own updates. It was not the high quality service that was sold to us in the beginning. We would never use these agents again and would definitely not recommend them.
