Thank you Vijay for helping me to pick the perfect ring for my wife. She love it! Excellent experience through the moment I ordered it up to the time I pick it up.

We loved the Jewelry, it is beautiful. We were upset with the Fed Ex Delivery. Fed Ex told us the package would be delivered between 10 AM and 8 PM with an estimated delivery window between 11 and 2 PM. There is no way to track the Fed Ex vehicle to know where they were at so we sat home all day, on my fiance's birthday waiting for Fed Ex. They didn't arrive until 6 PM that night. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I can track my pizza from pizza hut from the time it goes in the oven to the time they are in my driveway and I cant track a Fed Ex Vehicle! I will not order anything from you again if it is delivered by Fed Ex and requires a signature. This ruined our whole day and the whole experience with Trijewels.com. I will also never use Fed Ex again. People have lives and can't sit home all day waiting for Fed Ex to get there.

I ordered a ruby eternity ring to celebrate a big birthday. The ring arrived quickly and it was gorgeous. However, the height of the band was too high to fit under my engagement ring. Vijay quickly sent me two other samples to try. When those did not work, he said, "I like a good challenge." We measured my existing eternity wedding band and he was able to make a 3D printed ring with the measurements. He sent this along to me and it was a perfect match to my existing eternity wedding band. Trijewels waited until I returned from vacation to send the finish product and it is absolutely perfect! Trijewels are responsive and have great communication. They go above and beyond to make sure that what you take home is exactly what you want. The prices are extremely competitive and better than I have seen anywhere online. We will definitely be shopping here for all of our jewelry needs. And hopefully, the prototype that we designed may end up being an eternity band they sell on their site. It fits perfectly under an engagement ring without compromising on stone size.

I picked out the diamond I wanted and a band that was close to the correct fitting, but not quite. Once I placed my order, I immediately recieved a call from Vijay. He was very happy and excited to help me out and reassured me that he would make a ring to fit the diamond. The ring was shipped in the time frame I was quoted and arrived sooner than estimated date. Amazing customer service and prompt delivery, I will be using Vijay and TriJewels for all my jewelry needs in the future. 5 plus stars!

He provided expert advice on selecting suitable stones and educated me on the different qualities of the diamonds I was looking at. He was open to my ideas and could suggest other ways of thinking based on his years of expertise. We were so pleased with the engagement ring we bought our wedding rings from TriJewels also. Vijay and team were very accommodating on some size and design changes to a beautiful sapphire and diamond band, which was a Xmas gift from my husband. We finally got it done, and I love it!

Personal attention and help with design of wedding rings

I have not received my purchase yet but let me tell you vijaj is completely on top of his game calls , texts and is very involved. I never write a review before hand but the experience so far is absolutely wonderful.

Overall a very good experience because of the owners customer service. He is willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you want. The only problem I had, is the color of the gemstones are not as they appear in the online photos. *Ask for photos of the stones before you wait to find out when your ring arrives. Doing so will save a lot of time.
Other than that. Great service. Great communication and nice quality.

Beautiful selection with unique settings - easy to navigate website - and responsive customer service

The sweetest man ever and put in extra time and care to make sure a new design was tested and strong and perfect before sending. Kept me up to date as he custom made my ring and absolutely killed it on the design. Most gorgeous ring I have ever laid eyes on and a better price than jewelry district in Los Angeles. These diamonds are no joke and this craftsmanship is amazing 🥰. Thank you so much!!!
