Made my first order in January, received it, everything was great, they asked me if I wanted to refill but I had reached my goal at the moment and I asked to Pause (as they gave me this option)
4 months later now in May I am considering getting back on it, but I’m having issues communicating with them, I access the portal to find that they had charged me $399 for a refill back in MARCH, that I NEVER received, & wasn’t even aware of, when I went to check my bank sure enough the charge was there, tried calling, tried emailing all their emails, nothing, as I am messaging them through the portal to please resolve this concern before we move forward, they go ahead and charge me ANOTHER $399, AS I AM TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM to explain why I am getting unauthorized charges 🤦🏻♀️
unfortunately I have had to escalate this with my bank to dispute this.
I was happy with the results but their unpredictable and unprofessionalism has disappointed me far enough for me to not want to continue business with them.
DO BETTER. There’s already a lot of reviews that are similar to my story so it wont be long before your reputation goes downhill!
& please, give me my money back! I have not received any more vials other than the first and only one so there’s absolutely no reason why you should be taking my money, specially after I clearly stated that I wasn’t ready for any more refills.

Buyer beware. The customer service experience with this company has been extremely concerning. I signed up at one price, then was later told the monthly cost would increase significantly. I have reached out repeatedly attempting to cancel and asking multiple questions about my account, yet I’ve received little to no communication or resolution.
I was promised “call center pricing” over two weeks ago and still have not received any follow-up while continuing to worry about being charged again. Getting someone to actually resolve an issue seems nearly impossible once they already have your payment information.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to thoroughly research the pricing structure, recurring charges, cancellation process, and responsiveness of customer support before signing up.

This is an addition to the review that Tim Devine gave. It is ME they took $1,799 dollars from my checking account. I told them not to process the order. I told them I didn't need it. I followed up on that email as they didn't respond and on a Monday morning I saw my checking account debited with $1,799. Both my husband and I have contacted them. They said they couldn't reimburse because they already sent the product. We reviewed the tracking and they had not. They would not even have had time to process it, much less send it and it being in transit. To make it worse, they said they would reimburse us a bit over $1000 because they would cancel a years worth and only send 3 months, so I got penalized for their scam. Repeated calls to them. They say the returns will call to verify the $1000 return process. No calls. No return of any money. And I told them twice not to send me anything. We are devastated. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not legit. You can't even put a negative star. You have to give them one. We are sickened by how we are financially going to get through this. They are lying scum! I cancelled my order within minutes because the renewal was twice the cost and they didn't disclose that. Even though they have a 'money back guarantee', they still charged me the $38 processing fee for processing NOTHING! They didn't do ANYTHING. I canceled within minutes. They are scammers who are just trying to get money. I found them through an online ranking that they obviously paid for and they are scamming the public with fake reviews.

I was worried about receiving my next plan on time, so I wasnt sure how will that work and decided to start asking questions with enough time to prevent delays. Well, they take forever to reply, it doesnt feel im being taken care of, and yes... I ended up running out of my next dose because my medication was approved but never made it to billing department to charge me for it, therefore I will not have my medicine this week and my progress willl be affected due to their mishandling of services. too sad, I really didn't want to go to other company and start over.

I signed on for 12 months! I have left several messages on my portal, tried calling having to leave a message several times, and when I thought I got through, it said I had more than 10 callers ahead of me held on the phone for 40 minutes. Got down to one caller ahead of me then I was forced into the voicemail saying no one was available to take my call. Very frustrating! I didn’t know I was going through this journey alone without support. Now I’m wondering if I’m gonna get my second prescription or not. I’m doing my research to cancel and go elsewhere where I will get help and at a lower cost!!

The medication works; however when I first signed up I asked how the medication would be sent since I paid for a 6 month supply. The person (Jordan) who I had originally talked to said it would be sent monthly. I was unhappily surprised to see I was sent 3 vials. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone worried about how effective the medication would be just sitting in the refrigerator, but I never got any response. I’ve now been trying, again unsuccessfully, to get a hold of someone to find out how I get the rest of my medication, again, since I paid for a 6 month supply. This company promises all sorts of communication, but when you really need help, there is no one around. It’s disappointing to see, and extremely frustrating when you pay this kind of money!!!

The online marketing price at the time differed from the total amount when I checked out. I emailed them to cancel within 30 minutes of the order being placed by mistake, but they charged my bank $298 for the cancellation. 24/7 advertising help on the website is not fair.

This company is a scam. Was supposed to be charged $159. Was charged $159 plus an additional $531. I have tried to cancel everything twice and they have not responded. DO NOT give them your credit card number.
