David was excellent in arranging my remortgage. He did thorough research and submitted my application whilst he was on annual leave so that I did not miss out on the lower rate. I have used him previously and will use him again.

David, our adviser has had so much patience with us, as we have had various options that we have had to investigate. He has also managed to express the urgency needed during this time, when mortgage rates are changing daily, without giving us a sense of panic. This is a remortgage for us and we used Trinity this time because of the excellent service provided when we purchased our property. I am pleased to say the standards haven't slipped at all, even though the market is extremely tough at the moment.

Richard went above and beyond for me during the mortgage application process. It was a very turbulent week when interest rates were changing, and he managed to work a miracle to get my mortgage offer through. I can't thank him enough.

I stumbled across Trinity Financial in the early hours one morning whilst looking online to work out the best way to finance the purchase of our dream home.

Slightly sceptical, I had a call with Jeanne and have never looked back ever since. I can't recommend them enough, especially Jeanne.

Over 18 months, there have been probate dramas, the dream house falling through, interest rates going up, further mortgage applications and stresses but throughout, Jeanne has been on hand to support, advise and guide us. She has gone above and beyond many times and we are truly grateful to her.

Jeanne and Correll did a great job guiding and updating me with regard to my mortgage renewal. We are now locked in with the best rate the market has offered in the past weeks/months due to a constant tracking of market movements. In challenging times you want to work with the A-Team and Jeanne and Correll are exactly that.

I viewed a house on the weekend, i loved it but there were other buyers interested, I was not in the best position as I did not have a mortgage in principle but the other buyers did, so I needed to do something fast, and I felt slightly anxious. I contacted David from trinity financial Monday morning when the office opened and explained the situation.

He was very helpful, friendly, and assuring and I felt confident with his expertise. He didn’t mess about he was extremely quick in asking for all the details he needed and was happy to explain any questions I had. Within a couple of hours we had exchanged a lot of documents and he had already given me the quote with a mortgage product I was happy with, and got me my mortgage principle on that day!

Throughout the rest of the week he was on it, he would call or email me each day when convenient for me, and was always waiting for a response from me, as soon as I gave him the next details he needed he would always do what he needs to do fast and then follow up with another call. I was never left in the dark. And on the Friday my mortgage has been accepted!! It took him 5 days when I first contacted him as a slightly anxious first time buyer with no mortgage in principle to getting a mortgage offer and acceptance!

And he is still there to help after this process, I am a first time buyer so I have a lot of questions, and any time I need his help he is quick to pick up the phone or email back swiftly and answer anything with a calm and easy to understand way, (even if I think the question is a bit silly).

Highly recommend Jay Hathi and his team. They helped secure a good deal 5 years ago. When the renewal came up recently, we trusted them again to help us re-mortgage. Despite the turbulent times with high interest rates Jay and the team helped secure the best deal going. Saved us a fortune. I have also recommended Jay and his team to friends, and they have also been very impressed with the professionalism and results.

We have used Jatin on 3 separate occasions now. He is just excellent! Finds you deals that you simply could never find yourself. Even when things look difficult, he finds a way to make things work.

We have recommended him to all our friends and they are all very happy too!

I worked with Alec who guided me through a particularly difficult time in the mortgage market following the mini budget in Autumn 2022. In what was a very stressful time Alec was calm and measured, explained everything to me clearly, and came up with some creative solutions for my particular circumstances. Throughout what was a very turbulent time Alec remained flexible with his approach to work to get me the best deal possible during the time leading up to my fixed deal ending. Everything got sorted without hitch and I'm very grateful for Alec's support. Excellent service from Trinity Financial and the only brokers I will go to from now on.

Jed and Maddison and all at Trinity Financial are fantastic. They’re available, nimble and always helpful. I would highly recommend for any (re)mortgage application process.

I've not been asked to write a review, but the high level of service with results compels me to do so. Richard Forgione and the Trinity team took on a challenging task - where others were not successful - and arranged finance with a Main Street bank. Richard took the time to explain options and then just kept working the challenge. He found options, and in that process would say "let me keep working this and I will see if I can get a better arrangement figured" and he did, despite being very busy.

It was not contact every day, and we did not need contact every day, what we found was that he was maintaining contact with other institutions (banks and private lenders) when appropriate and making immediate contact with us when an opportunity was available and further specific information required.

Richard's approach has always been calm, informative, not pressured and, as evident by the results, unrelenting to opportunities and market status. Thanks Richard, my wife and I are much appreciative of your valuable time. Geoff
