Trinity Finance have been extremely helpful with assisting us in transferring our mortgage. They have been incredibly patient when we took our time on deciding but also offered great advice and accommodating to our changes in the product we wanted.

Louis was recommended to us by my sister as we'd had a previous purchase fall through and our requirements had become more complex. We were really pleased with the service we received - Louis was extremely responsive, explained everything clearly, and got us a new mortgage very quickly. We weren't sure about using a broker to begin with but we're really glad we did, because it completely removed all the stress from the process. We will definitely come back when it's time to move, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is my third time using the services of Trinity Finance. The first time was when I purchased my home. A few years later, I used them again to secure a better mortgage deal. I have only just used them again to help with a full remortgage.

I cannot recommend Dean and his team at Trinity Finance enough. What was initially a daunting time for my wife and I as we looked to navigate our very first remortgaging, we need not have worried one bit. From the first call we had from Dean, where there was absolutely no 'hard sell' and he took the time to understand our circumstances and advise us honestly. He was also able to put us in contact with an extremely reliable solicitor, again another facet of the whole remortgaging process which was swiftly taken care of. The communication from Dean and Vince at Trinity Finance is second to none and if you need to contact them, nothing is too much trouble. Making this contact with them has also allowed us to get all of our affairs in order including life insurance and Will making (Nicola being another amazing and member of the team). It goes without saying that we will be using these guys again when we need. They conduct their business in a smooth, personable and professional manner. Look no further!

We had a recommendation by someone to speak to Collington for a mortgage. Hes been so helpful keeping us in the loop on whats been going on and getting us the right deal. We also had alot of help from Kimberly in the later stages where she keeps us up to date with the final parts.

Our advisors tone was condescending, treating us like we had never taken out a mortgage before. He tried to push us to apply for a mortgage stating lenders would be putting up rates at the end of that week, though trusted online sources indicated they would come down (which they have).

As our advisor seemed more interested in getting his comission than finding us the best deal we will no longer be dealing with Trinity Financial.
