I'm really disappointed with the agent from the airline. It's been almost a year since I requested my refund, and they still haven't paid me back. Their lack of communication and slow response time have been incredibly frustrating. I've been patient and understanding, but this is unacceptable. I expected better customer service, and I feel like my concerns are being completely ignored. I won't be using their services again, and I'll make sure to share my negative experience with others as a cautionary tale. Avoid this airline and their unhelpful agents at all costs!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with trip.ae, and I can confidently say that it is one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. From start to finish, the entire process was marred by incompetence, indifference, and a complete lack of professionalism.

Firstly, attempting to reach their customer service representatives is a daunting task. The phone lines are simply always busy, never managed to get through once after days of trying.
The lack of knowledge and expertise among the staff is evident. the representatives seemed utterly unprepared to provide any useful information. It was as if they were reading off a generic script, completely detached from the needs of individual customers.
I was met with dismissive and condescending remarks, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Perhaps the most frustrating part of the entire experience was their inability to resolve any issues promptly. I encountered a problem with my booking, and it took several days of relentless follow-ups to get a half-hearted response. It was clear that the agency cared little about their customers' satisfaction and only prioritized making a sale.

Overall, my experience with trip.ae was nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service was abysmal, leaving me regretting my decision to choose them as my travel partner. I strongly advise against entrusting your travel plans to this agency if you value reliability, efficiency, and basic customer care. There are far better options out there, and I would not wish this level of frustration and disappointment on anyone.

I guess I’m very lucky based on all the reviews I’ve read here.
Last week I booked flight ticket 2 times with trip.ae for my friend to fly that same night, but first one I had to cancel as the date I chose was wrong. And 2nd was success transaction, but when it’s closer to the hours for my friend to go airport I just double check about the e-ticket but saw that the booking was cancelled. I got to know few minutes after notification of my purchase was success, there’s email in Arab language that I know nothing about turns out it was refund email and stated that there’s error in the system or such when the ticket was booked, so we won’t be able to fly as the e-ticket wasn’t issued. I look through internet about the website reviews and all I saw was negative comments. Next morning my friend go to their office in Al Maryah island, but nobody was there, it’s just small cubicle room(one table one chair) but empty! The receptionist said that nobody was ever work there(online based). I was so down and contacting them in live chat support to follow up about the refund at least once a day.
But its only took 3days for me to get my money back on my bank account. Thanks Universe! I hope whoever have issues, will get it solves or get the money back soon 🙏🏼

Worst customer service. They neither reply to your email nor any proper response on calls. They only have a UK number for customer service and bunch of illiterate people answer the calls. They have no idea about their job. Everytime you have to repeat the same story but you wil never get any solution to your problem.

The worst customer service EVER!!! I tried to change my flight date, but no one could help. Every time I chat with them I get someone else and they keep telling me all flights are booked for the entire month which is not correct and when one of them finally could help he sent me change fees three times double the original ticket price. Please stay away from this website

I had booked a flight to Perth through them and had to cancel it because of visa issues and its been more than 3 months since they received a refund from the airline but they haven't refunded me yet. I don't understand why they are keeping the money with themselves as it doesn't take time issue a to refund. I spent more than $1000 on this flight. I contacted them more than a month ago asking about the refund and they said they will prioritize the refund but it was just a scam. Don't waste your time booking through them, just book directly from the airline. I had to learn that the hard way.

Do not use. Complete fraud. I paid over 20000 aed for family tickets and an extra 5000 for baggage. Three days later they told me that due to a technical problem I would need to book baggage myself. They then refunded only 1000 aed. I had to pay again and they refuse to speak to me. Fraud.

Absolute scam of a business.
Please do not book with this company it is daylight robbery.
My father passed away suddenly and they have ripped me off so bad trying to change flights.
They keep you on hold for hours and hang up.
I'm not sure how a company is allowed to operate in this way.

This website was recommended by Skyscanner while I was booking my flight this morning April 24,2023. I booked four tickets and paid the full amount for four passengers around 1000BHD. I received a shady email with booking details and lots of other shady details. I contacted the airliner to make sure everything is ok, they told me I have nothing under my name nor under my family's name. I contacted Trip.ae and asked them to send me the tickets. They said they will send them and I insisted to get them sent to my email. They said they needed 24 hours in order for them to process the tickets. I insisted to get the tickets although I felt I was dealing with a bunch of scammers. They sent me three tickets with incorrect departure dates! I called them again and asked them to correct the mistake. They asked for more money. I paid 121BHD extra money to fix the departure date but never received any tickets. I called them another time and asked for the tickets to be sent to my email. They sent another shady message in my email saying that they changed the dates but never sent the actual tickets. I called the airliner again to check whether the date change was reflected on the tickets, they said there are canceled bookings on their website but no tickets at all. I reached out again to the scammers and asked them to send the tickets which they did after several attempts and a lot of wasted time. There’s still the risk of them cancelling again the tickets without notifying me because the dirty game starts with a cancellation then ask to pay more. In total, I could've gotten a better price if I had booked on the website of the airline directly. Lesson learned: book from the website of the air company and pay whatever price that suits your means. At least, you can hold them accountable in case something happens. Lesson 2: skyscanner doesn't run any background check on these shady scamming companies. EDIT: Skyscanner reached out to Trip.ae and they sent me valid and confirmed tickets. No refund for the additional fees, though.

worst customer service i have ever seen. i wanted to change my return date only but they changed both dates and used my flex ticket. i have talked to 3 different agents and supposedly their supervision as well trying to fix their mistake. this is so bad id rather pull my own teeth out.

Poor customer service, they kept on holding me and not being helpful to initiate the refund since the airline cancelled my ticket.

I was reading lot of negative reviews about trip.ae and was very concerned about a recent refund for my tickets due to flight cancellation. However I got full refund within one week of cancellation of my tickets. Many thanks to trip team

Scammers. At the last second, when I was paying, they changed the price and increased it by 10%!!!!

FRAUD COMPANY BE AWARE IM GOING TO SEU THEM IN DUBAI I BOOKED A FLIGHT AND CANCELED AFTER ONE HOUR ONLY AND THEY NEVER GIVED ME BACK MY REFUND!!
