While searching for a round-trip ticket between DXB-JFK on Kayak.com , I was referred to trip.ae as the only site offering a reasonable business class fare. I paid with my credit card. The payment went through with no response, no ticket and not even a reference number. Called their listed number in the UK with nobody to talk to after 45 minutes of waiting. They managed to get their money from my bank. Wrote to Kayak several times with no response. The sad part is that the reputable Kayak , which I have been purchasing tickets from for years, does not, cannot or unable to do anything to this weird site that they refer people to. I was shocked to find so many bad reviews for this Trip.com or Trip.ae and they are still doing business. My money has vanished between the web pages with no trace an no recourse.

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life (and I'm the one who travels a lot). I made a huge mistake when I bouhght tickets from them from Dubai to Hurghada. Those "people" messed up by doing overbooking so they lied to me that my flight was cancelled by airlines, even tho it wasn't. They offered me another flight and asked to pay for rescheduling. And then I spent 5 days calling them trying to get my new ticket and they were just ignoring. I had no choice but to buy a new ticket from another travel agency. Guys, learn on my mistake and never ever buy the tickets from trip.ae. They are the worst in the world!

Avoid at all cost. Their customer service is non existant! This is a con website and if you have booked they charge exorbitant charges for any changes.

Simply horrible!!!
Flight canceled and provided me with an irrelevant route by email. I sent them several emails without getting any response.

Called them several times the last of which took over one hour of international call. The threw me from one agent to another without any solution to my porblem.

Is there a way we can collate all these negative responses and notify the relevant authorities? Because these guys have no intention of changing. If anything there are becoming mre brazen. If anyone is interested in making a joint complaint let me know. Find me on facebook or any social media with my name; Olise Uyagu and caption the message; Joint complain about trip.ae If we can get enough wind we shoud at least be able to shut the company down and end their reign of terror.

This is the worse flight agents. my flight from Dubai to Melbourne was cancelled, and I did not receive any notification. I found out 2 days before my flight because I called the airline just to make sure that everything was smooth, and they informed me that the flight was cancelled a week earlier. I spent $300 just on calls and hours of wait just to reach out to them. they also lied about not being able to get a refund, and then i had to call the airline to prove them wrong. The worse experience I have ever had. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Avoid them at all cost!!!

Worst company ever do not ever deal with them not recommend at alll. They should close this company

One of the worst and inadequate agency, I strongly advise never use to book any ticket from Trip.ae.
No response to customer unable to contact, no refund.

Please help me for my cancel flight refund. Its been 3 weeks since you contacted me about my cancel flight. Until now no updates or any confirmation.

Honestly worst experience ever. They told me my flight was cancelled and I should pay them more money to reschedule. I got in contact with the airline company to confirm my flight change, and they said they had already taken care of it themselves and there was no need for me to take any further action. When i told trip.ae that the airline company confirmed that the flight was altered and that no further action was needed (and I was not going to pay); they cancelled my entire booking all together. They cancelled my freaking booking because I refused to pay them money for an unnecessary action. I asked them to refund the ticket but so far no response... given the reviews below I do not think this will happen and I wish I had come here before I made a booking with them

To be honest i had no problems with this agency, even tho i didn't try their cancellation or refund process, but the process was smooth and very competitive pricing, i called the airline to make sure that the booking is valid and the travel was fine.

My trip has been canceled by the Saudia airline and I asked for the refund on 24 March and now we going to be October and I didn’t get my refund yet every time I call them .they keep telling me still the airline not approved the refund then I went to the Saudi airline to check we they taking time to refund my money they said your travel agency didn’t request for the refund . I decided to go to the digital crime police station just to block this website in uae 🇦🇪 And i already start my case with them and soon we will block this website from all the application in the uae

My trip has been canceled by the Turkish airline and I asked for the refund on 3 June and now we going to be October and I didn’t get my refund yet every time I call them .they keep telling me still the airline not approved the refund then I went to the Turkish airline to check we they taking time to refund my money they said your travel agency didn’t request for the refund .while I’m in the Turkish airline I called them in the Uk number then as usual they taking 30 minutes to answer the call and after they answer they keep lairs and telling me the same that the refund waiting the approval from the airline I told him I’m in the airline office then he closed the line on my face .then I went from the airline office going to their office in Abu Dhabi when I reached the building the security guy told me there is no company call trip here in this building and every day a lot of people come to asking about the same company but they are thieves and they posted fake address in their website then I decided to go to the police station just to block this website in uae 🇦🇪 And i already start my case with them and soon we will block this website from all the application in the uae

I booked 3 tickets from Trivandrum to Riyadh on Jan 24, 2020. I airlines has cancelled the flight and i was promised a refund from trip.ae. But till now the refund is not processed and have not received any money.

Very bad Travel Agent, they are theifs and not respect their client. I submit request for refund 4 month before and till to date, there is no reply or interest....very very extremlly bad company. They dont feel their customers.
Really i want to tell them go to hill.

I went to their office in Abu Dhabi and the receptionist said that a lot of people already came there for this agency but there has never been a Trip.ae agency in their building. Gotogate agency is also not there.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Once I FINALLY got through to them on the phone.. the man mysteriously went on hold and never came back! Please please PLEASE save yourself from this mess!
