We had such a lovely experience with Trips and Tours on our recent family trip to Bournemouth Beach! Everything was so well organised from start to finish, and the day ran smoothly. The beach was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy with the kids.
A special thank you to the supervisor, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the trip, nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and looked after.

Absolutely amazing day out with the beautiful Aliya. Travelled in executive coaches making the journey comfortable and the rep was very attentive and accomadating to everyones’s needs. It was made very clear from booking the trip all terms and conditions and the itenary was clear. Due to traffic we did arrive a little later then expected but that was not in control of the company. But i will definately be booking again and recommending to all friends and family. Execllent service, stress free and worth every penny!!!

We had an amazing experience with this tour company on our trip to Bournemouth yesterday. The trip was arranged by Aliyah and Sabah who did a great job organizing everything smoothly from start to finish. A big thank you to Naila, our host for the day, who looked after us so well throughout the journey.
Naila was kind, attentive, and made sure everyone was comfortable, especially on such a hot day. We really appreciated that cold water was provided on the coach, a thoughtful touch that showed they genuinely care about their guests.
Although we got stuck in some traffic and arrived a bit later than expected, it was completely understandable and something that could have happened even if we had driven ourselves. Naila kept everyone updated and maintained a calm, friendly atmosphere the whole way.
Once we arrived, Bournemouth was absolutely beautiful and we had a lovely time enjoying the beach, exploring the area, and relaxing in the sun.
Overall, it was a well organized and enjoyable trip. Thank you again to Aliyah, Sabah, and Naila for making the day so special. We highly recommend this tour company and would definitely travel with them again.

Went to Bournemouth beach with Saba and Aliya who cared more about their own pockets than the people on board the coach as they intended to leave a family behind and only did a U turn to pick them up when they heard the child was autistic. SABA was also on the phone to the mother telling her she needs to ‘keep an eye on her kids’ and that the coach is leaving without them. No sympathy for real world situations and they kept emphasising that the driver has to be back on time so he wouldn’t be infringed because it would affect their pockets! Don’t use this company unless you want an unorganised chaotic trip with organisers whose only concern is profit!

The trip was carefully planned by our team and everything was in place from our side. Unfortunately, there were serious delays on the day caused by motorway accidents and heavy beach traffic. These were completely outside our control. We always do our best to manage situations like this but we also clearly state in our terms and conditions that delays due to traffic or incidents are not something we can guarantee against.
Despite the circumstances, our team worked hard throughout the day to manage the schedule and make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. We also built in extra time to allow for delays. However, coach drivers must follow strict legal limits on how long they can drive. These rules are not about money or protecting ourselves. They exist to keep everyone safe. A tired driver is a risk we simply cannot take.
In the case of the family mentioned, the coach waited nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes after the planned departure time of 5 pm. That’s a very generous window and well beyond what most travel companies would allow. After the coach left, we received a call from the passenger involved. She admitted the delay was her fault and actually thanked us for trying our best to help. Even then, we arranged for the coach to return which added another 45 minutes to the driver’s working day.
At no point were we told the child involved had autism. That said, we treat every passenger including children with the same care and respect no matter their background or needs. If we had been made aware, we would of course have done everything we could within the rules to support the situation.
Our team stayed calm, respectful and professional throughout and we genuinely did everything we could under the circumstances. We know that stressful moments can lead to frustration but we feel our actions were fair, responsible and above all focused on safety.
We appreciate all of our passengers and thank everyone who continues to support and travel with us.

Had an awful experience today and I am truly traumatised. Trips and tours (Aliya and Saba) had the audacity to leave a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 children behind. The family called Saba begging her continuously please wait for us, don’t leave us as their 8 year old autistic son was missing, Saba replied with,’you need to look after your kids properly’ and proceeded in telling the family that they are leaving without them despite the family begging. Went to the Bournemouth Beach today. Due to heavy traffic arrived extremely late which was understandable. However, on the way back the return time was 5:50pm. A family of 7 (5 children and 2 adults) had lost their autistic child and were searching the beach for the child who is non-verbal. The family called Aliya (trip organiser) and explained her child was missing and if she could kindly wait as they’re finding the child . Aliya instructed the driver to continue with the journey leaving the family behind. They emphasised repeatedly that the driver will be infringed which will in turn impact them (come out of their pockets) which is all they seemed to care about. DISGUSTING experience with this company we will not be returning as all they seem to care about is profit!

Amazing time at Scotland!
This was my second trip with them, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Even though the journey to Scotland was over 5 hours, it honestly didn’t feel that long. The itinerary was so thoughtfully planned—with intentional stops at scenic and interesting places that gave us a chance to stretch, explore, and enjoy the journey.
What really made the trip even more memorable were the fun coach games like pass the parcel—such a great way to keep everyone entertained and bring people together!
Everything ran smoothly, the sights were stunning, and the whole day felt relaxed and well-organised. If you’re looking for a fun, stress-free way to explore new places, I’d highly recommend Trips and Tours.

Fantastic Experience with Trips & Tours in London!
We had an amazing time exploring London with Trips & Tours! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and stress-free. The booking process was simple, and their customer service was friendly and responsive.
We got to see all the key landmarks, including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and the Tower of London.
The transportation was clean and comfortable. We never felt rushed, and there was free time to explore on our own.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience London. I would highly recommend Trips & Tours to anyone looking for a well-run, enjoyable sightseeing experience. Can’t wait to book our next adventure with them!

Day trip to Lynton and Lynmouth- Devon
Went on a day trip to Lynton and Lynmouth in Devon and had such a lovely time! The scenery was absolutely beautiful – quaint little villages, coastal views, and charming streets to explore. What really made the day though was our amazing tour guide – so friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy. We were well looked after from start to finish.
The coach ride itself was great fun too – plenty of laughs and even a bit of singing! It added such a nice, cheerful vibe to the whole journey. All in all, a really enjoyable and relaxing day out with a great group. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a fun and well-organised trip with a personal touch.
