Not worth it
Advise you to avoid this tour group unless you enjoy Google mapping your way around in circles & getting lost. Went on 2 day Milan trip, 1st day was disorganised & due to many errors we missed out on an excursion. We were told that we will get a refund & tour guide Aliya said she does not want to go back on her word when she said she will refund us for the excursion. Over a week since we’ve been back and still no refund. Not worth the money. You will save more by doing it all yourself. 2nd day was a lot better because it was hosted by someone else. I feel deceived by the advertisement, if I knew that we would take public transport around everywhere in Milan I would never choose to do this with my sciatica pain.
We met at 4:30 to get somewhere at 5:30 but rest of group wanted to go home which was fine but Aliya told us to wait and said she will take us & join us, by then we had gone round in circles on train station & then finally a taxi & missed the excursion. She did say she will refund us and will not go back on her word. After coming back to UK she said to us she made it clear before hand that it’s a free time and people can make their own way.. but on the day she told us to wait and will take us, if she told us we can make our own way at the time then we would have made our own way instead of waiting for her to decide how to take the others home.. apparently now this is our fault for listening to her when she asked us to wait & she also brought along other members to do the excursion too who didn’t have tickets. We all couldn’t walk anymore & were unhappy. We missed it because we waited for everyone and Aliya but it’s completely our fault apparently when we just listened. if we knew we were going to Google map our way then I would have planned this myself, it’s the honest truth of our experience. As a tour experience you expect tour guides to know their way around before taking anyone anywhere & as a customer you pay extra expecting a comfortable enjoyable experience but it was not this.
On top of telling us she will give us a refund… after we come home she’s saying she’s not at fault… yet on the day she said she will refund and will not go back on her word and wants to stick to her word. I’m more upset that she is not sticking to her word. She did say she will refund the taxi fare though, but it’s been a week and still haven’t recieved it.
We are not the only ones who didn’t like it but others who we asked about their day said they didn’t like it either and how disorganised and underwhelming it all was.
They owe 4 of us a refund for an excursion we missed out on. If they had stuck to their word I wouldn’t bother writing this honest review.
It’s all sad actually and has put us off using tour groups. This was our first and last experience with trips and tours. Don’t waste your money going abroad with them.
They’re happy to take your money but act difficult when there’s an issue

The optional excursion you referenced was recommended by us to enhance your experience, but with a very specific time slot advised to ensure smooth coordination with the day’s itinerary. While you did choose to book the excursion, the time selected was earlier than recommended, and unfortunately this created a scheduling conflict. Our guide, Aliya, was not informed of your 5:30 PM booking until late in the day, and this limited our ability to adapt as it was booked a whole hour earlier than the schedule. Our guides work hard to keep the group on track, but cannot be in two places at once—especially when dealing with last-minute changes that were not communicated ahead of time.
From the outset, our documentation (including final updates and important notes) clearly outlined that Day 1 would include free time to explore and was not a fully guided tour. This was explained both in writing and in conversation with your group. The option to explore independently or remain with the group was also made clear, and your group acknowledged this during prior communications. While we aim to support all guests, independent activity means the responsibility of navigation shifts to the individual or group.
On the day in question, our guide did her best to assist despite the challenges. She showed the group how to navigate public transport, explained the metro system, and was managing multiple priorities. While waiting for other members to decide whether to return to the hotel or continue, Aliya still attempted to get your group to the excursion on time and went as far as booking you a complimentary taxi at no extra charge—something we believe demonstrates our commitment to guest support, even under difficult circumstances.
We also want to clarify the distinction between Day 1 and Day 2 of the trip. Day 1 was advertised as a self-guided experience, offering flexibility and free time around Milan’s key highlights like the Duomo and Centrale. Day 2, in contrast, was a fully guided tour arranged by us, which ran successfully thanks to Aliya’s dedicated efforts who oversaw the group’s smooth arrival to the meeting point, transport to the excursion, and on-time arrival at the airport. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed Day 2 and hope you’ll acknowledge that it was made possible by the same team’s efforts.
With regard to the refund, our company originally offered a goodwill gesture despite not being at fault. However, following a full review and considering the unfair accusations directed toward our guide, we made the difficult decision to withdraw that offer. While we understand your disappointment, our guide acted professionally and in line with the itinerary throughout, and it’s disheartening to see her efforts questioned when so much care was taken.
Lastly, we’d like to confirm that the refund for your taxi fare was processed on 14th May and, as stated, can take 3–7 working days to arrive. We appreciate your patience as that clears.
We remain committed to transparency and fairness, and we hope this clears up any misunderstandings. Thank you again for traveling with us—it was a pleasure to have your group on board, and we wish you all the best in your future adventures.

What a TOUR!
Lovely folk, always a smile on their face, catered to folk on the coach.
Very knowledgeable of the Torquay, directing us on features.
