After checking your booking, we noticed that the flights were not cancelled, there was a schedule change imposed by the airline company. We have also noticed that the airline company offered an alternative flight which was used.

My card was VISA Credit and the Site did not accept it until I selected VISA Debit and like this they added a 50Euro tax.

This refers to the initial four to six numbers that appear on a credit card.The bank identification number uniquely identifies the institution issuing the card. The BIN is key in the process of matching transactions to the issuer of the charge card.
In our database, your BIN / IIN number categorizes your card as Visa Debit card. If this is not the case, please contact your financial institution and request a document confirming that this number reflects Visa Credit and send it to us, so we can refund the additional charge of50 euro in form of a discount voucher and update our database for your future bookings through our website.

Super annoying website!
You spend lots of time on searching, filling out information and all your data, and in the very last step they add almost 60€ "service fee" even though you haven't selected any of the services they try to sell to you.
tripsta is just a waste of life time.
I recommend airfinder.de ! faster, cheaper, fairer, transparent from step one on!

Regarding fees, tripsta makes sure these are totally transparent for customers. The credit card fee was displayed after selecting the payment method. Please note there are different fees depending on what type of credit card you use.

Tripsta is sneaky, won't use again
I first found Tripsta thru Skyscanner, where they quoted a price. Once I clicked the link, a higher price appeared. I continued anyway. I had to register, of course, and continued with the booking but when I was about to make the final payment they said that fair was not available and quoted me an even higher price. I was in a hurry, so I had to buy it through Tripsta but they are not honest, they just quote a cheap price to attract people and then they increase the price. I will not use Tripsta again because they are sneaky.

We can imagine your disappointment when understanding that the price you had seen on our website, wasn't available anymore. It all depends on seat availability and demand and it can change significantly from one price to another on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. Thus, the price for a specific flight could increase as well as decrease.
