The whole company is Fake
The whole company is fake. You can not change name, the whole website and phone system just sucking your money. I tried to reach any representatives in the last 2 days. Yesterday after 7 minutes I give up. Today morning 10 minutes I gave up.
Afternoon 34 bloody minutes. After 17 minutes someone picked up and he explained to me that he is not the representative and he will direct me to his colleague. After 17 more minutes I gave again up.
My official changing request I sent to them today, I got an answer that if you need to change more then 3 characters it is not possible.
The surname is the same, his given name had to be changed. Thank you for the nothing. MY advice never ever book with this company. Pay a bit more and you don't have problems and anger.

You deceivingly hid a 50 Euro "service" fee during the entire booking process of my flight tickets. This 50 Europe "service" fee only appeared after my credit card was charged. Advertising prominently the price without this "service" fee, for an entire booking process, except at the very end, is essentially criminally deceptive. You are scammers; and I will let everyone know about it.

Understanding the hidden costs of different payment methods comes at a very late point. It's better to see them in advance, or at least to be listed in the payment field, instead of only in the overall cost.
Besides that the experience was perfect and I would use the services again.

Typical credit card payment options with 62€ fee and no PayPal, ... is not OK!
The portal is OK, only that from >5 offered payment option only the debit card option is cost free, while all other options, including the in Europe usually used Visa or Master credit cards cost 62 € is annoying. Please add cost free and commonly used payment options, at least paywall, also credit cards cost free or bank debit/transfer via IBAN as cost free options. Your competition does better and accepts the usual credit cards (Visa, master), PayPal also needed!

No money refund
After 3 weeks I still haven't gotten back my money for a flight I paid but I never got the tickets. And the service desk isn't even replying emails. Terrible...
Update after another week:
Tripsta contacted me due to this review and promised to get back to me. Again, no answer nor solution to my problem. Their explanation: "Due to a technical problem they weren't able to refund my money." A technical problem that lasts 4 weeks?! Kind of an implausible explanation... very dissapointing.

Uncomplicated and well organised 👌
Almost perfect
Booking as such is fast and easy. Confirmation arrives immediately. One disturbing weakness; I fly with Air Berlin and there is an option to add Frequent flyer number. However, when clicking on that section, you can only add a WSirBerlin frequent flyer member number which is silly because AirBerlin is a member of the Oneworld alliance and people may be members of this allaince but with an other Oneworld alliance airline's frequent flyer card. I had problems with paying, I had to do it four times over, each time the computer said my phone number was wrong and my credit card number also.

First time booking, I have no issues with it. Easy and user friendly website. took time for me to book because of the terms and conditions. If this fly is good then I can use it for my rest of the life and I can also recommend to friends.
