Problem with payment

I have mastercard debit card, i'm positive that it's debit, but when I was trying to pay the card wasn't accepted. It was only accepted when I selected Master card Credit.
Maybe the problem is that my card is Black

Good enough service

The service is good enough. It has a little inconvenience with working hours. Sometimes it's important to reach a person by phone not just by e-mail and the company's working hours are too short... Other than that everything is fine and I would keep using this service :-) and recommend it to others.

Weather conditions, okay, happens. .In the time of need there was no one who could answer your questions or help you, so I will never again fly with Ukraine airlines and never buy tickets on tripsta.ru

Flight was canceled one week before departure. Almost two month to refund, but staff was responsive.

One week before departure got a call from Tripsta manager with news that China Eastern cancelled one segment of our flight. Manager was pretty helpful at finding solutions and took her time in explaning and even continued email conversation a bit after working hours, but after three calls and a number of emails as well as number of considered options - acceptable for me solution was not found and I've asked for refund. They have two month refund policy, but told that it is likely to be one month or less. It took couple days less than two month. Well no missed deadlines but two month for holding money for the whole family was a bit discomfortable + I've lost about 100 usd on exchange rate - not their fault, but thing to keep in mind.
