Frauds

A month ago I purchased from this operator 2 flight tickets for 250 usd, but I had to return the tickets. The support service informed me that only 31 usd from the first ticket and only 17 usd from the second one will be paid back to me. Yet I haven’t received even these sums of money! I’ve lost any hope to get my money back. So, pls think a lot before turning to this operator for any services, because very likely you’ll be fooled!

When my flight was declined, employer of tripsta.ru offered me flight to another date. I called to air company and they offered me flight to the same date.

I think tripsta.ru isn't good company. And they managers aren't responsibles. Because they must call to customers and offer all possible flight.

Since there were no available flights with the same air company for the preferred date, our representatives had proposed you some alternatives for different dates. Feedback about Tripsta

In my oppinion Tripsta service is comfortable for the booking despite that confirming the booking a little bit takes a long time. Alas it is not done straight away. I waited for confirming almost one day. Such as thing should be developed by the Tripsta. It would be better if my confirming will be done without any delay.

Not bad service

Got problems with lugguage on registration to flight in Moscow. Last 2 flights with another company thriugh agent I flight like seeman, but without seamens passport, and flight with 2 lugguage and 1 carry-on. Moscow's secialists stop my trasfer becouse of another ticket and register my lugguage again. There I got long disscussion abt lugguage. They want charge me for 1 lugguage like usually and dont carre abt 1 addition for seamens. Finally they dont charge me but told that next time I have to pay for it. For odering ticket in same situation please attend in option - for seamen crew.

I never got my ticket's price in the email

I liked the prices and that it was easy to change the date of travel. However I was surprised to find out that the email sent to me with the flight information did not contain the price of the ticket. Since it was a business trip, it was a pain in the butt to provide our financial department with the payment information.

Very good!

The only thing difficulty with tripsta is that i had to make a booking there is one price on the web site and when u start proceeding payment by credit card u face difficulties cos ticket cost turned out to be higher so i had to call Moscow several times and check the price and add more money on credit card.Though i loved that dispatcher was very polite and did her best to help.She was wonderful and explained me to put more money. and i love tripsta ticket price,i saved a lot.!!!!
Anytime i travel soon i will go to tripsta and book my ticket.I already said to friends and one friend is going to buy her ticket through tripsta when she will go to the US in april.
