Thank you very much for your perfect service. I enjoyed it much. There was a problem with Airoswit company & managers of Tripsta solved out everything without any problems. I didn`t feel any inconvenience.

I did not find any disadvantages

I've used this site several times during last six months and I really don't remember having any problems with booking, using tickets and so on. But I've never used this resource actually to search tickets, so in this issue I can't give any information. Thank you.

Company's INN?

It's difficult to buy a ticket. Why do you need company info for buying personal ticket?? Why do you require a buyer to send you the receipt and threaten to cancel the booking?

This is rediculous

They did not try to help me

My own experience of tripsta.ru service:
I've purchased 7 flight tickets via tripsta.ru (for me and my friends). All was ok. Some time passed and I've received a message that our flight time was changed: 2 h earlier. This time change was unacceptable for us (for connection reasons). I have called to tripsta and tried to shift our flight later (there were available seats on later flights). I was told that I should pay quite a big sum to cancel our flight and book a later one. And nothing can be done without money. I asked to call to the air company to negotiate directly. Tripsta service called me later and told me that thay called and the change is not available. The next day I called to the air company directly and made all the changes without any fees or whatever.
Resume: They did not really try to help me.
