Customer service was terrible.. my partner tested positive for covid on the morning of the trip and they wouldn’t change our date or give us a refund.👎🏼

Great customer service and communication. Follow up call confirmation, emails, WhatsApp messages for purchase of your tickets. Will use again and can't wait for the trip

This place is a hidden gem, spent 2 and 1/2 hours there and will definitely be a returning customer to Aqua Spa and would use Trip Tenerife

The spa was fantastic and we would recommend it. However, they did not have our reservation upon arriving and so it took about 15 minutes to check in and show the relevant documentation (covid passport and ID).

Perfect holiday trip with great service

I booked the paragliding through Trip Tenerife and was very well organised to say I booked it last minute. The experience was amazing and one to remember. I was collected and dropped off at the hotel. A joy from start to finish.

My daughter had fun. Me and my husband as well. They came to pick us up and brought back to our hotel. The only thing i was not satisfied is that we had no picture souvenir of our karting experience because taking pictures was not allowed and the person on the picture souvenir was not there that day.

We had an amazing experience paragliding in Tenerife. The staff were really good and funny. Definitely recommended.

What a fabulous experience, from start to end. This is a highly professional team offering a first class service. Would highly recommend for a superb experience. I am so glad I booked this for my husband. He hasn't stpped raving about it!

Excellent customer service! We were able to book the Teida by Night tour last minute on the day of booking. The representative went above and beyond to help us get this booking after another company cancelled on us. The tour was great - Pepe our tour guide was super knowledgeable and had a very good sense of humour. Despite it being the coldest day and night, and clouds that were higher than expected, we still managed to see the sunset and stargazed. Pepe and Martin (the driver) ensured that we got what we paid for! Highly recommend!

Sorted out dates for me no problem

Boat lovely, clean and route great. Saw numerous dolphins which was great. What let this down was the lack of communication from the guide...he barely said 3 words. No one knew why we had stopped....turned out it was an area to see dolphins. No one knew we could have drinks or a sandwich or where the toilet was.
Better communication would have made this much better

From the booking process through to our boat trip, everything was done in a professional manner with friendly staff and exceptional customer service. Our cruise on the Monte Christo was a fantastic experience which created memories we will cherish forever.
