Part arrived late very dissatisfied

The part I ordered on 04/06/2026 was not shipped until 4/10/2026. When I realized on 4/9/26 that part had still not shipped I called and asked to locate part and if it had not shipped, I would like to upgrade to Next Day because I had already waited 5 days for the part. Representative said he would call me back before end of day on 4/9 to advise if part was able to be shipped next day or if it had already shipped. I never got a call back and part arrived on 4/17/26 that was 10 Business days later not 3-5 how they advised when completing transaction. Customer was not happy with us due to the delay of the part.

Horrible Service

Ordered Turbo and Actuator with expedited shipping . Only turbo came and it was damaged and its the wrong Turbo. I was told by Adam Ali that it was a match with superseded part#. Called Cummins to verify and was told Turbo would cause damage to Engine if installed. 0 stars for service and trust!

Part Failure, Company Unresponsive

I purchased an ECU for a truck, 85145360. The description on the website was new unit. The item looked clearly used and even worse didn't work. Attempts to contact have proven futile. Buyers beware!

item was a open box, which come from Ebay,,,,Im pretty sure i saw it there while in my search,,,Truck and Trialer did not say it was an open box
