We ordered this twin bassinet well in advance to be fully prepared for the arrival of our twins, and unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
The delivery alone has been unacceptable — it took over two months for the bassinet to arrive. Communication throughout this time was vague and unhelpful, with no clear or reliable updates. For such an important purchase, this level of service is simply not acceptable.
However, the biggest issue is the product itself. The colour looks nothing like the one shown on the website. The difference is so significant that it feels misleading. What we received is completely different from what was advertised.
We spent a significant amount of money on this bassinet and planned ahead specifically to avoid last-minute stress. Instead, because of the delays, we now have no choice but to use a product we genuinely do not like, simply because we ran out of time before our babies arrive.
That’s what makes this so frustrating — had it arrived on time and looked as expected, this would have been a completely different experience.
I would not recommend buying from this website. I honestly wish we had chosen a different bassinet. Every time I see it in the room, it’s just a reminder of how disappointing this purchase has been.
EDITED AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: Following the company’s response, I would like to clarify that I had already been in direct contact with them prior to leaving this review.
However, this is not a case of a minor colour variation. The product we received appears noticeably different from what was shown on the website — not only in tone, but also in its overall look and finish. While I understand that some variation can occur, in this case the difference is significant and quite unexpected.
In addition, I also attempted to leave a review on their website to share my experience, but it does not appear to have been published. I believe transparent feedback — both positive and negative — is essential for customers making informed decisions.
For these reasons, I feel it is important to share my experience here.

We are highly disappointed with the "Grow with me" crib.
The bed is absolutely not the same as shown on the website! It is suppose to Grow with your Child and have a removable front guardrail, it is not the case!!! Very thin mattress! Splinters everywhere!
We do not have any feedback from the customer support to receive the missing removable front guardrail.
The bed arrived after 1.5 months!... And from Singapore! Not a US product!

Terrible terribly mistake by purchasing stuff from them over $120 dollars and it’s completely trash!!!
The fact that they were delayed for about 20 days (I tried to cancel the order week and a half before it finally arrived, they denied to cancel the order, they didn’t provide a number to track my purchase till a couple days it arrived, the product was damaged, the question is terrible!! It’s a birthday gift for a little girl (I am her nanny and been working with babies for so long, quality is my middle name. Happy Gira is trash, unsafe, unbalance, feels like braking when pushing the light weight strolling chair the worst mistake I’ve have ever purchased for the little baby girl (se deserves better!! All babies deserve better!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. We ordered a play pen on the 6 January 2026 and its still hasn't arrived. Their tracking system is all made up and their communications are all false and deceiving. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
Upon contacting Happygira Customer Service, I received a prompt response and clear directives on how to proceed. My issue was resolved within a few short emails, and I'm pleased with the service provided.

I ordered a twin bassinet on Jan 24th and still have not received this product. The tracking has it going to facility after facility and we are well past the stated 18-25 business days promised by their shipping policy. Don’t do business with this company unless you want to wait for months for your product to arrive.
Update: it’s been 3 months and I still have not received what I ordered. Customer service is a nightmare and unhelpful. They will not issue a refund. Do NOT do business with this company. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a company.

My HappyGira playpen arrived in just a few days, far quicker than other reviewers mentioned. The portable playpen was so easy to set up I could do it with one hand while holding my son! The quality is great and I’m very happy with it. Excellent customer service and responsiveness from the company as well.

Misleading, Cheap, and Obstructive Return – Skip HappyGira Bed Rail
Ordered the Kids Safety Bed Rail from HappyGira on January 29 for $150. Product images showed it wrapping around the bed, but it’s only for one side—not disclosed clearly.
Took a month to arrive (February 25). Feels cheap and flimsy for the price.
Listing doesn’t say anything about screwing into the mattress/box springs—misleading setup.
Contacted support for return: slow replies (2-3 days each), pushed me to keep it, now demanding an unboxing video to process return. Never mentioned this upfront; it’s unreasonable for an unused item.
Poor quality, false advertising, slow shipping, and terrible service. Avoid HappyGira—better options exist for bed rails.

The twin bassinet is marketed as a luxury item. We received it as a gift and during setup the zipper on the center separator immediately broke off. This is not surprising on inspection because they use a cheap zipper that matches what would be on a Walmart sweater and no blocking mechanism at the top of the zipper pull. When we reached out to support, their rep 1) was argumentative and said they could not help unless we had taken an “unboxing video” – who knows what that is or would think to do that? 2) couldn’t find our order even when the order no. was provided and 3) won’t respond quickly to an escalated issue with an obvious solution (just ship a new center separator) even when told our twins are coming in 10 days. Who is running this company and do they understand the importance of trust in the space they are in?

I ordered the natural timber playpen which worked fine for about 8 months, during which we did not collapse or move it at all. The latch is awkward to use and it just didn’t seem worth the $300 price tag but we were fine with it. Then we tried to reshape it and one of the plastic hinges broke, and one section totally fell apart with the wooden rods falling out- they seemed loosely glued in. I contacted customer service to replace the hinge and after proving the break with a video (this is reasonable) - and they offered to replace the piece for free. The catch was that they’d only wave the shipping fee if I left a positive review on this site. Sorry but bribing for positive reviews doesn’t sit right with me. So here is my honest review and I’ll pay for the shipping so my son’s playpen remains functional. You literally have to check a box saying you haven’t received an incentive to leave a review on Trustpilot!
