I am happy with the bras I ordered. They provide full coverage, great support and smooth lines under my clothes. The bra extender was a nice surprise. Finding a bra that provides all of the above, plus comfort, was a real problem until I received this one, which did all that and exceeded my expectations.

Sizing is wrong, bra was too small. Requested an exchange yesterday and they said they would email a label to return it -- no label has been emailed. Service and product is bad, I do not recommend it.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I bought a bra. Like other customers, the auto shipments never stop! You can't get a hold of a real person to correct the problem. The auto-bot says it will send you a link to click to cancel, yet the link never appears. Their website is down most of the time. HORRIBLE COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've become a true Truekind fan! I have had to do a couple of exchanges for size adjustments, and the process was easy. When I've spoken with reps, they were both helpful and courteous. So far, I have purchased two different styles, and I'm happy with the support and COMFORT of each. Waiting on my third style to arrive, and I know I'll love it.

I placed an order for a bra and used Apple Pay to check out. Right after that, the company offered a “buy one, get one free” deal. I assumed it applied to the bra I had just purchased, so I clicked OK. Instead, it created a completely separate order, and I was charged over $90 for another set that I didn’t intend to buy—and that I’m not even sure I want.
I contacted the company immediately because I can’t afford to lose an extra $90. Instead of helping, they gave me the runaround, saying I’d hear back within 24 hours and that the issue was being escalated. That never happened. At this point, it’s clear I won’t be hearing from them.
This company’s practices feel misleading and dishonest. Please be cautious and do not order from them.

The bras are great. Fit is perfect. Comfortable yet super supportive. So are the tank tops. Customer Support is very helpful. I just keep buying more. I highly recommend their products.

I love this company and I love the bras. They are super comfortable and cute! They are seriously all I wear. I just tried one of the panties and also loved them. Super comfortable and just purchased the strapless bra as well as another panty! I love this company and they are legit. Also, I've never had a problem with shipping. Always comes quick!

I am very happy with the sport bras made by Truekind. They are supportive and so far hold up well to multiple washings. I am also pleased with the strapless bras. It is the first strapless bra that I’ve had that stays put and is super comfortable. However, I am very disappointed when there is a sale or promotion and the only size available is small. I have been waiting for months to purchase more sport bras but my size (L) is never available.

I purchased the Truekind Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bra. I really love the shape of the bra, the softness, and the fact that it's wireless. I really want this bra to work however, the sizing is all off. I am between a 34DD and 32DD, depending on the day. I purchased a L, which is the size for a 34DD. However, when I received it, the band was too large and the bra doesn't fit because of it. It took me a day of wearing the bra to really understand that it was too big to be truly supportive. So I purchased the 32DD. While the band fits, the cup size is no where near large enough to fit. The range of sizes that each S, M, L, etc reportedly cover is very unrealistic. For example, a M is supposed to cover a 30DDD to a 36A. This is WAY too large a range! I returned the bra that didn't fit, but they don't offer a full refund. I really wanted to love it, but I'm just disappointed. Please fix your sizing!!!

Hard to find comfortable fitting bra for larger breasted woman so happy to have found Truekind and to have found the right bra for me.

I absolutely love these bras. They are the only ones I will buy because they are the only ones that are comfortable. They also have the best coverage; my girls never slip out. Delivery came two days after I ordered. Amazing all around!

I originally ordered two bras. I was excited when they came. I tried them on and loved the fit. I loved them so much, I ordered two more! The fit is perfect and so is the support.

I have purchased from this company many times and have never been disappointed. Bras are well made and comfortable and shipping is quick.

The bras are great but very disappointing customer service. There were several incidents that led me to cancel my membership and they still did an automated charge and shipment. I told them I would return the item unopened and wanted a full refund. Instead they gave me a partial refund and said they did see where I cancelled months before and would cancel again. I don’t need any more bras and will never shop here again.

The Truekind shopping experience and customer service experience were both very good. The website is easy to navigate and there are a lot of product options. The clothing is well made and very comfortable. The only negative is that the ads say free returns yet the return policy says the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Update: 12/12/25: since writing this review I went to my TrueKind acct and the account membership link was fixed so that I could cancel my elite membership I never signed up for. However, I never received any replies from TrueKind. I should add that my complaint is not unheard of if you research social media complaints for the same problem. I stand by my original review and will not order from them again.
I purchased 4 bras from TrueKind on 10/28/25. The bras are fine. I’m writing this review because on 12/1 I saw a charge for $4.99 from True Kind for an “Elite Membership. This is a monthly charge. I never signed up for this when I purchased my bras. In any event, I tried to contact TrueKind to stop the membership. Their “Jeni AI” customer service bot gave me instructions how to cancel my membership in my account. Only, when I go to my acct that’s not an actual option. Per their website customer service options, I sent a Facebook DM, texted, and left a voice mail. That was a several days ago. I have yet to get a response. Please respond and don’t ask me to DM you as that hasn’t worked.
