The bras are very soft and comfortable. I love the adjustable straps and the soft bands that don't dig in!

While I love their bras, I am so disappointed by how scammy they are once you sign up. I never signed up for auto-ship, but then suddenly I got a notification I was receiving more bras. I cancelled the order and the autoship that had suddenly appeared in my account. And yet every few months I get another email that my order has been received and I've been charged for more bras. I cancel again, it happens again. They have an AI assistant that is not helpful. I go to look at my account, and it gives an error page so I can't even cancel now. I cannot get rid of them. I would have actually ordered more from them in the future because I really like the bras, but after this experience I'll be warning everyone to steer clear.

I have gotten several automatic shipments of bras and either didn’t sign up for them or signed up unintentionally. I contacted customer service to have them stop and I also went to my account and stopped the automatic shipments. It stopped for a very short time and now I received another order. I went to my account again to make sure I wasn’t signed up for automatic shipments and I am not. I am more than upset that my account is being charged over $50 every 3 months and, apparently, it’s nearly impossible to unsubscribe. The bras themselves are good and I don’t have a problem with them.

It's the most comfortable bra they've ever worn, feeling like they aren't wearing anything, even during long days or activities. definitely all the panties are my go to.

I ordered the bras. They were nice quality but did not fit me at all. I returned them for a refund. Afterwards I was billed for a subscription I did not want. Then a I was auto shipped a bra that I obviously did not order or want since the ones I did order did not work. When the bra was charged to my PayPal account before it was shipped, I tried to cancel it but it came anyway. Now I have to return it and pray this madness stops!

The bras I ordered did not fit me well and I immediately put in for a refund/return. I received multiple emails regarding the return with instructions but never received the return label.

I love the softness of the bras. The sizing isn’t an exact fit, the band size is too big for my cup size (XL). The smaller size band was too small for my cup size (L), I also wish there were more color options. My order arrived in a timely fashion,

I am a 38/40 DDD and I love these bras for the support and comfort. I will definitely buy more of them.

Update: they reached out after my review to say they are confirming the cancelation of my membership. I've heard that 4 times now (every 3 months, and they they send me another shipment! So forgive me if i don't believe it at the moment). You know what they didn't say anything about? Refunding the full amount for products I cannot recieve! Ridiculous!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will never stop billing you. I have cancelled 4 times and i still get bras. I moved and told them i no longer live there. They still bill me and send bras to that address. I have called so many times, they say to just return the bras and they will refund me. I cannot return what I do not have since they keep sending to a different address. I cannot login to my account because I get errors. I cannot access my tracking info or the refund portal because i get errors. They are just a fraudulent company who want to take your money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!

I’ve had more problems with their shipping vendor and actually receiving my orders. I had to wait 45 days for two bras (size large, color black—nothing unusual). When I was finally able to reach support (which was not easy), they said the order was misplaced in a warehouse, and advised me to re-order which I did. Instead of getting the two bras I only received one. Now I’ve been waiting for a couple of weeks for the second bra. I keep getting messages that the package was undeliverable even though my apartment complex has Luxer lockers to deliver to or an area to leave in the reception area. I’ve never had any problems with Amazon delivering packages. True kind keeps having me re-order the same bra due to their incompetence. The delivery issues have been going on for over 60 days and I still don’t have my bra. I like their bras but the company is not very organized. Worst experience ever.

Truekind bras are made for every body shape! I’m a 1x-2x woman and they fit so nicely! They help you perk up but give you the support you need without digging into your sides. Buy them! I have about 6 of them!

First no wire bra I’ve tried. I like the ease of ordering, the comfort and the price. I feel like my clothing looks better. Once there was a sizing issue and the exchange process was very easy.
