All Trumans staff involved in the sale and purchase of our 2 properties were consistently professional, easily available on the phone and in person and worked diligently to represent us and our wishes. I have used other solicitors for sale/purchase of properties, however Trumans are head and shoulders above and I would definitely use them again in future.

Truemans never fail to deliver. I have been dealing with Giuseppe for a few years with several conveyances and a recent Transfer of Equity. All went smoothly, I was very pleased with the progress and outcome.
I will use Truman’s again and highly recommend the company.

Trueman's agreed to advise me over two linked transactions then, some three weeks after first contacting them, suddenly declared they were not prepared to do the work, thus leaving me in the lurch. One of these was conveyancing on a house purchase, thus costing time on completion date and interfering with my plans. Throughout my contact with them, they appeared to drag their feet and had to be chased for progress. On email, it was a game of 'tag': being dealt with by one person after another, with a constantly changing cast of other staff copied in from their end. Tellingly, I never spoke directly to any actual solicitor: only front desk staff. They pleaded pressure of work when they stiffed me off - then did not respond when I asked them to return the payment I had made on account. I'm still waiting to hear back on that.

We were really pleased with the service we received when purchasing a new property.
Communication was great throughout and they made the whole process very easy.

We would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in the future.

A number of mistakes were made throughout the sale and purchase of my new home. Close to exchange I found out that i had been mis-informed about my purchase and have just found out that an insurance policy was taken out on my behalf, even though it was their recommendation to have one and I paid for it. Avoid.

It is the second time I use Truemans and again I want to thank them for their reliable and efficient work for such important life transactions. Tina and Karen Chan were really efficient and helped whenever required. This sale floundered more than once but was picked up and eventually we completed.
