Orders are usually delivered within 2-9 working days. If the product is shipped from one of our foreign warehouses the delivery time can be up to 14 working days due to customs clearance. This information is displayed on our website and in the order confirmation e-mails.

Excellent, was reticent at first but I would definitely order again! Shoes are in stellar condition and the shipping didn't take too long either.

Hi Inout-Cristian, if you experience any problem with an order/delivery, please contact first us via e-mail or telephone to be able to resolve the issue. Based on your name we were able to track your order and it's unfortunately true that it was not shipped due to an error on our side. As you ordered with payment to the courier of course you only have to pay, when the package arrives to you.
Please contact us at support@truetosole.hu as we are ready to ship your order if you confirm that you are still would like to receive it. Once again: you only have to pay when you receive it.
Please forward us those emails, you mentioned, we would like to check them.

It took a while for the package to arrive but the shoes were in perfect condition although the box was a bit scuffed. All in all, i recommend the site
