About True Vintage

Europe’s leading online vintage retailer store, hailing from the South West of London. Since starting in 2014 we have grown from the ground upwards and are now consistently supplying customers all around the world with the best in branded vintage.

Our business is built on sustainability, with every vintage item we sell prevented from ending up in landfill. On top of that we have projects which see us upcycle damaged items to create unique one-of-one pieces, and we plant a tree every time an order is placed.

Just quality

If you love your '80's and '90's True Vintage is surely your true friend. Unique pieces, that a-ha feeling (pun!!), reasonable deals almost every week. The most recent piece I picked up was the tiny IKEA bag. I meant it as a gift and it hit home proper. I am very glad I know about this diligent little company. Thanks, guys.

They sent my order separately

They sent my order separately, so i had one item arrive without the other. The item that did arrive was meant to be burberry. These are definitely fake. Packaging was below standard, non biodegradable foil. No inner packaging. Wouldn't recommend. Try 97th vintage!

Order takes too long

Order not sent on the first business day after christmas. Emailed to enquire but no reply. Bought on Dec 24th, dispatched on the 29th, still no word until now.

Sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the time it took for delivery.

Both Christmas Day and Boxing Day landed on the weekend last year, this meant that the bank holidays carried over to the following Monday and Tuesday which were the 27th and 28th. Your order was made on Christmas Eve and we aim to fulfil all orders by at the least the next working day. After the weekend and bank holidays, the following business day from your order was the 29th and we fulfilled and despatched your order on this day as indicated.

In regards to not receiving a response from us, we always respond aim to respond within 24 hours, unless it is the weekend. I checked and your email unfortunately came through as spam so our team missed this. We would like to apologise for this rare error and will look into ways we can avoid this happening again.
