I made a purchase in August 2024. To date despite several emails I have not received the product or a refund.

If I could give negative stars I could!

Ring size guide stated on their website was WRONG. However, I thought perhaps it was my mistake so I ordered another ring TWO SIZES down and sent the original to the refund address within a week by recorded post! It was received within the 14 days policy period.

The second ring was also far too big. I realised there is nothing wrong with my measurement. It is their ring sizes which are wrong!

I sent 3 separate emails to them, and wrote via their website form - absolutely NO response at all. The ring I sent back to them was today returned to me by the courier.

So, I have two rings that don't fit. No refund. No communication.

Totally rubbish company, complete rip off, and I will inform everyone I know in person and social media to AVOID!

Ridiculous shipping wait and no communication from the company about shipping. I ordered an item two weeks ago, they charged me for it, and it has been marked as fulfilled with a date error. When I reached out to the company for an update about my order they sent a link to tracking and it’s still “processing” and has not shipped. I’ve ordered product’s internationally before and never encountered this issue.

Edit: Great customer service in your snarky reply to my review! I am the one who had to reach out to your company in regards to my order and at the time of my original review it clearly had not shipped. Thank you for finally shipping my order 2 weeks after it was placed! I look forward to seeing the item when it arrives and will update accordingly, but until the item is received I will keep this as 1-star.

The product it s great i love it..and the guys really take care about customers.i bought a ring from the website but I been on the shop for take a bigger size..all good 👍 definitely back

I found their stock to be original and unlike the stuff in the big chain stores. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable – a good sign is that I went in just to browse and came away with something I wasn't looking for. It was also just nice to shop in an independent :)

No complaints at all . Shades are absolutely as shown & really bloody great. Service was excellent & received goods in a matter of days . Thoroughly recommend & will use this company again .

I would give it 4 stars just because the order took a little too long to get to me. But, other than that, Guy was so kind and helpful and the garments are great. Thanks!

I received the wrong size from 2 out of the 3 items I ordered but they still fit. I couldn't wear them together but the quality and look were top tier. Took a star away for the size mixup but I'm still happy

I have been ordering on this site for a few years and I had only one problem with delivery.
It took several weeks for one of my products to arrive at its destination.
I never had any problems and the customer service is really top

The product did not take long to get shipped overseas and the necklace was very nice and one of my favorites.

Fast delivery. Good quality product.

The Delivery was 3 days late, arrived with damaged packaging causing a minor scratch to the ring and the ring fitting was too small.

My order wasn't delivered in 6-7 days, as it should be. Now I am waiting for a answer from the support...

Update: The Supplier lost my package and they haven't been noticed.

Really nice ring but packaging could 100% be better. Ring came in a ziplock bag and the mailing bag only. No boxes or anything but besides that it’s all good
