Brilliant Customer Service!
I received a lovely email from Chris informing me the ring size I ordered was unavailable and he offered me alternative sizes. Chris was friendly and amended the order ASAP. Brilliant customer service from the team, would definitely be ordering again!

Ordered a sweatshirt online. Quickly got an email from Guy to advise the garment I’d ordered was out of stock. He sent me measurements of sizes available so I could choose another size or receive a full refund. Chose another size. So helpful. I purchased a beanie when in the shop last year. We really enjoyed chatting to Guy about the store, his stock and his designs. Really interesting back story. Great independent shop. Brilliant to deal with. Highly recommend.

I ordered some trainers online on a Saturday and upon checking realised after completing they were the wrong size. I sent a message via the customer service address which auto-response said wasn't checked out of office hours. However, a reply quickly followed saying it was no problem and the correct size would be switched - even though this was late in the day and marked as posted.. Correct shoes came 3 days later ( it was over new year!) Excellent service and the shoes were priced well below any other online store i could find. Excellent all round.

I ordered a pair of trainers and 4 weeks later I still haven’t received the item. I’ve messaged customer service twice and have not received a response. There is no contact phone number and no way of getting a refund. Awful company, avoid at all costs. Crooks

I bought a ring and received the wrong one. The size was also too small. I contacted customer service and communicated with Max. Super cordial! The correct ring in a larger size was mailed to me immediately. I have nothing but good things to say! Thanks True Store!
