Excellent value
Excellent value, good discount available too. Very minor point in that the postage is a little pricier than other sellers (& the return would cost if item didn’t fit) but the discount covered the postage & the item was a good fit.

Was forced to pay for one day delivery…
Was forced to pay for one day delivery which was delivered 5 days later to a neighbour (Ordered Wednesday was delivered Monday. I didn't ask for it to be delivered there and was at home). Overall lack of respect from customer service and slow response.
Avoid ordering from this place if possible.

Hi George. Sorry to hear you had issues with receiving your order. Having checked the tracking it seems delivery to your house was attempted but nobody was in to receive it. Unfortunately we don't have control over delivery, but we can see from the DPD tracking that a note was left to say they handed your parcel to your neighbour. We hope you can understand this was out of our hands, but we are glad to hear you received your order. Thanks for choosing True Store!
Slow and poor customer service
Sent me the wrong size and they responded by saying they basically never make mistakes so it wasn't likely. Had to email them multiple times to get a response and finally resolve. Communication and customer service was poor. The rest was fine.
