After buying Champions trousers the other week and having a manufacturing issue with them, the boys at true store sorted me out with a replacement in no time at no extra charge. Top boys.

Took a while to arrive but because delayed because of intense eat... so all good.
About the sizing, you guys are pretty good at describing how it actually fits irl, but this time the trackjacket did not fit as big as I thought. More like a small XL. Whereas the trackpants fit like a XXL. No biggie though, you guys have a great vintage selection ! bravo

I bought a ring which was too small so I bought another in the next size which came as the exact same size with a different label...as this was for an anniversary gift this was very disappointing. Delivery and customer service was good although it cost £6 to return the ring

Good store with good products but with my first order I ordered two items and was told a week later that they didn’t have the stock to fulfil my order. One of the items was still available to buy through the website for days after I was told it was out of stock.

Orders were shipped and delivered within 2 days and each item was extremely well packaged. The customer service is also brilliant.

I ordered a hoody from TS - It arrived and unfortunately did not fit. i tried scanning the the QR code to begin the return process and i was presented with an error and was not provided with a bardcode or anything in order to send back.

I have emailed three times in the past week and had zero responses despite the website saying we aim to reply within one business day - this is clearly not the case.

There isnt even a phone number to call to try and get hold of someone.

It all started with me trying to track down a hoodie worn by Tinie on his property show on Channel 4. Long story short, after finding a Chinatown Market jumper I loved and it being out of stock everywhere, I found it with True Store for half the price of everywhere else, in stock, in my size! I ordered it immediately and it was with me two days later. It's the coolest jumper in my wardrobe and I couldn't be happier with the service from them. Now I'm wondering what I'll be ordering next…

Ordered 3 items from the same brand, 2 of the items were clearly completely different than what the description on the item's page mention. Not only that, but the package I received have two tags, one for the item I ended up receiving, which clearly has a different name, and for some reason another tag right next to it, with the item I actually ordered, and it even includes the retail price (which is also a much more expensive item, so they basically delivered me something worth almost half as much). How does that even happen in the first place? And now, if I want to return the wrong items, I'm supposed to pay £4.50 for what is clearly their mistake and deceptive item's description on the webpage and package.
