Sent the wrong colours
I ordered 2 lots of 3x purple Jeff banks boxer short trunks and had 2 lots of Green turn up.
I cant be bothered to send them back as so now have Green and not the colours i wanted. Nice quality but the picker must be colour blind.

One packet of my order was substituted…
One packet of my order was substituted as the colour I wanted was 'out of stock'. Why was that not showing on the web site? With a no returns policy on underwear I am not amused. If I wanted the colour sent I would have ordered them in the first place. Money over customer service. Not impressed. Then I receive a reply asking me to return the item using the returns slip enclosed. Err, there wasn't a returns slip enclosed. There is a no returns policy for underwear as previously stated.

Still No Parcel!!!
Ordered on the 31st October.
Still haven’t received my package. Definitely won’t be using this website again.

It has now been a month since my order and I have still not received anything, despite customer service saying they will send out a replacement. Shocking. AVOID

No Quibble Organisation
