Buying from these guys is like playing Russian roulette

I honestly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a three pack of Calvin Klein briefs because I wanted the specific colour selection it offered and they were in stock when my order was placed and my money was taken. A completely different set of coloured briefs arrived, however, with a note saying my order was out of stock and they'd provided a pack in similar colours (if neon yellow and bright sky blue are 'similar'). What's more, on checking the prices I discovered the pack they sent appeared to be a pound cheaper than the one I ordered!
I'm clearly not the first person this has happened to so it seems to be 'a thing'. What kind of company - other than a supermarket - arbitrarily provides substitutions? And at least supermarkets have the courtesy to ask if you're happy to have substitutions. Imagine ordering an Adele album from HMV and getting a Paloma Faith one because someone thinks they're similar: it wouldn't - and shouldn't - happen. Yes, they gave me the option to return them (though no return label was provided) but having read about the wait for refunds and the hassle of returning during the postal strikes I decided to cut my losses and write off the whole shopping experience to experience. Once bitten, twice shy, as they say. There are plenty of other reliable places to buy underwear from online so buy your pants elsewhere and avoid this amateurish set up at all costs.

Incorrect item sent, impossible to return!

I ordered two sets of boxers. They turned up in quite good time however, one of the pairs were wrong. I tried to follow their return process on their website however the link didn’t work… there are two email addresses, one is an orders@ email and the other is an info@ email. Neither emails work and you get a bounce back message… so after some investigation I found a phone number for the parent company… so I called the landline, no answer.. so I rang the mobile… finally got hold of a man who runs the website trunks and boxers. He said to use the contact form to get in touch with the company, which I did immediately and he said he’d prioritise my email. 24 hours later, still no reply. The trouble is, the website says that unless you have an authority to return you cannot return the goods. They provide a postal address to return but make all sorts of statements about if things get lost in the post and who’s responsibility it is to make a claim blah blah blah… I have been trying to return an incorrect item for 7 days now, it is incredibly difficult which I assume is done intentionally. Based on this experience I give 1 * luckily they are based in London so next I plan to drive to the warehouse to sort out and make my return if that exists of course!

Update Friday 16th Dec 22

After having to call this company again, I finally received a pre paid return label last Thursday. I returned the incorrect item that was sent last Friday. It has now been a week, I have received no refund and have not received the correct item. As explained to the guy on the phone, this was a Christmas present for my father. I have a last few days to receive my correct item before I have to leave for my parents house and take with me no gift for my dad. This has been going on for weeks now with my original order being placed on 29.11.22. The owner of the business has given a reply to this review implying that he has provided a good service and that my correct item has been sent out. This simply isn’t true. I will be ringing him today, again. Awful experience

This sort of experience is not normal and we have 10000's happy Customers.
