Don't buy from Trunks and Boxers
Bought some boxers which tore after 1 wear. Customer services refused to refund saying I would have to contact the manufacturer direct. They have since not replied to either of my subsequent emails. Don't buy from them!!

Accept our sincere apologies for this sort of experience you have with your purchase.
You have bought from us Bjorn Borg Boxers, we don't get these sort of issues about their quality from any of our customers at all after multiple wears let alone 1 wear.
As mentioned couple of times earlier in emails as well, we cannot take washed or used trunks, and to verify the fault just based on pictures is difficult.
We have so many happy customers and this sort of complaint is very unusual and we have suggested what is best in this case here.

We have received your order on Tuesday 21st Sept, Night 8:30 pm. It was despatched on wednesday and delivered by Royalmail on Saturday Morning.
That's the fastest we could have despatched, and once it's in royalmail network they try to deliver within 2-3 days. Its there standard Tracked 48 service times. The entire tracking and stages when the item left our warehouse to being delivered to you is recorded and can be seen / tracked using the tracking information shared.
We have sent 3 notifications on Email / SMS regarding despatch and delivery of your parcel please check and confirm.

The website was good and delivery was quick but it was so hard to tell the different briefs apart (despite great care) the ones I’ve got are the ones I was trying to avoid which are the low-rise ones that are not very comfortable. So I went with 4 stars. It no easier to tell on Calvin Klein own website either.
