Absolute rubbish! This site only carries the positive reviews they choose. I submitted one 6 weeks ago for a lovely hotel we stayed in, in Tenerife, and they removed it and sent me a really rude email essentially saying what I’d written was fake, I was basically lying and falsifying reviews, and then reinforced the message saying they we’re definitely right! They however, published the review I submitted at the same time for the tour company I went on holiday with, so obviously they did accept I had gone on the holiday, but had chosen not to accept I’d stayed at that hotel! Very fishy! I submitted countless docs & photos to their ‘integrity team’ (I think reviewers need one of those aswell!) to prove without a shadow of a doubt that I had been on the holiday, and stayed at that hotel, but 6 weeks on and they still haven’t published my review for the hotel! If fact I didn’t even get a response from them!
Sadly, the only conclusion I can draw from their bizarre actions is that they censor positive reviews about companies who don’t support them I.e. through advertising / sponsorship etc, in order to deliberately keep their scores low against their competitors. There’s no other reason for not publishing an honest review with so much evidence that it was a true account! I’ve since deleted the tour operator review, and I won’t be using this site ever again to leave a review or to seek what are obviously biased opinions on what companies are good and which are not!

I wrote a review about Manoomano a company with 97 percent negative reviews, a company which I and many believe is a scam.
Trust pilot not only has doen nothing to flag and remove Manomano stating it's negative review is so bad it cannot even be lsited here which would stop innocent people from ever buying from them. But Trust pilot seems actaully to be a party to this scam as they are the ones posting Manomano responses which are all in Italian not in English, thus causing further abuse and upset.

Do you know what you are doing, you send me emails about taking a review down, i sent you the evidence twice and you still send me emails asking for it. clearly another big company with small staff or poor communications, either way its not good enough.
you should be leading the way for the others, If you cant get things right what right do you have to post about others.

Extremely disappointed with Trust Pilot’s Content Integrity Team. I wrote to them on 28th June and still have no answer from them apart from an interim email apologising for the delay in replying. I was alerting them to the fact that a company I bought from boasts on their website a 4.5 rating on Trust Pilot with 11,000 reviews. On that basis I had the confidence to buy from the company. The truth is they have 20 reviews with a rating of 1.7. I thought TP would want to know about fraudulent use of their logo but obviously not.

What reference no ? They and you contacted me why ask me for your details that I obviously did not store in my 68 year old brain. As I think you are all buck passing and completely out of touch with what a service industry is about hiding behind systems that baffle, and general arrogance towards the customers, well cancel my review because I do not have some detail reference no or have a clue if it is TP Sterling or some other blinking number you need to feed your front end.

I left an honest review for a company called Alignerco and trust pilot took my review down saying they needed proof of what I was saying. Well, I dealt with this company for 3 yrs, my teeth are not at all what I expected yet trust pilot won't tell me what proofs they need. I'm not any happier with trust pilot than I am with Alignerco. The date I put below is an estimate as I've been dealing with both of u since I started with Alignerco back in 2020

Purpose of my going to your website was to check into a company called Empire Roofing and Masonry in Toronto (yes I was on the Canadian site)Did search and got 10,000 companies NOT in alphabetical order to assist in easy search.
SO.... went to contact page with phone for the various office address, picked Denver and called.
went to support and was told could leave a message and there would be a response. ONLY THING IS the call hangs up before you can leave a message.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE and Website

I cannot conect with this company directly so I am left to place a bad review on this site. I keep getting a web page every time I call up my browser, saying that my subscription has expired. It hasn't. But I am unable to download the programme as it sends me round in circles. I thought I would take advantage of their special offer and save money on a year's subs but still couldn't download the app. I tried it again - same result. When I checked my back account I find that they have taken payments of £19 and £39 on 4/8/23 and £53 on 17/7/23 as well as 2 unauthorised payments of £145 this month and in May. I am disgusted with their service and want to be taken off their customer list and have my money refunded.

When I need more information about a retailer I am using for the first time, I like to check Trust Pilot to see if they seem reputable. I find this helpful especially when reviews may be negative. I had a bad experience with one retailer and wish I had checked Trust Pilot beforehand. It gives me some reassurance when I read of positive reviews before I commit.

I wanted to put a review on about a company not listed on Trustpilot, followed the instructions and got nowhere, contacted 'Help' and got auto nowheres, rang the listed number for the UK CEO and the call failed 3 times so have emailed the boss, Muhlmann, which will lead nowhere as well.

This is funny, I'm getting harassed by trust pilot reference a review I left for a terrible experience I had with another company. Low and behold trust pilot have 2 stars. The review company needs a review company to review it. hah. Maybe not so "trust"pilot after all. be warry of leaving reviews on trust pilot, you literally have to send them evidence of your interaction with the companies your reviewing as if I have the time to make such things up..

Continual emails from an organisation that I'd never heard of until the Welcome message.

I left a review on Cove Security and Trust Pilot tells me to prove it because, they don't believe my review is genuine.

Trust Pilot is nothing but a total friggen scam, That protects bogus businesses . Is all i got to stay about them.

A very frustrating planform to use. Warning do not create a business profile. If you don't like the service you can never remove it. This is the worst review platform I've worked with.
