Trust Pilot 

I have had very positive experiences with Trust Pilot. No they are not perfect, but they are one of the few sites left that are willing to post honest negative reviews. Soon we will realize sleazy filthy dirty companies pay for positive reviews, and then reviews will be worthless. Honest review sites are crucial to consumer protection, and is the best way to get the truth out about dirty companies like the two schiester companies I reviewed here.

I don’t know what you can do to a company like Breville that refuses to do ANYTHING short of suing them. But for you to accept these auto generated robotic automated “I’m sorry‘s”call these people respond with, and call that SINCERE, then I don’t know what your purpose really is

Very poor experience with Trust Pilot. I posted a review on February 28th regarding a company called Maker and Son as many people like myself have lost large sums of money with very inferior and expensive products.
Trust Pilot are refusing to post it as obviously it contains quite damning information. This is NOT a transparent nor professional website. This is my second review concerning Maker and Son not to be posted.

I recently reviewed a company on "Trust Pilot",the review was adverse based on my terrible experience.The review was published and within days "Trust Pilot" required information from me to establish that I had actually interacted with this company.I provided that information but "Trust Pilot" removed my review."Trust Pilot" cannot be trusted,they are paid to remove adverse reviews and have no credibility what so ever.

Back in November and December of 22 I mistakenly ordered two shipments from EIO because of their poorly designed website. EIO seldom answers their business phones. Long story short since I mistakenly ordered two shipments and charged them on a credit card. After I ordered two shipments by mistake from EIO, THEY referred me to your web site and asked me MY opinion in which I responded with a poor experience review. EIO did not like it and tried to get me to give them a more undeserved rating which I did NOT. I returned both shipments in January 2023. I put both shipments in dispute with Chase. The tracking number from the post office of one of those items is #9534 6154 3794 3007 5171 68. That shipment returned and was received on January 17, 2023 at EIO's location in Torrance, CA. In February 2023 EIO recharged my credit card for that shipment, AFTER they received the shipment with the above USPS numbered shipment in January of this year. The other item sent back was lost by the post office. They are still looking for it. What is SO SORRY about your business is that no one contacted me about my side. You ALWAYS take the side of the company that pays you. Your business practice cannot be trusted because you side with the party that pays you. EVER heard of conflict of interest?????

Well, their answer above is no help - just the latest management jargon, 'reaching out'.
What in fact happened is that today, nearly 24 hours later, they had collected their money, around EUR 72, leaving me with two bookings on the same flight. I haven't seen any evidence yet of a ticket, though. British airways promised to try to sort the mess out, but till now I don't know if I have zero, one or two seats on the flight. What a bloody mess!

These people are parasites, looking to get a slice of every transaction - just like 'financial engineers' everywhere. Book with the airline, avoid all this hassle!

Waiting to assess TP. They are not very efficient I fesr so far They ask you to consider editing something. You then edit it it but they then keep sending you reminders saying " you still have two days left to edit it ". ! Suggests their technology is poor or they are inefficient ...or both. However i will review TP finally in a day or two. I suspect they are scaredy cats who are frit of big corprations though !

Impossible to simply write a review on a tradesman. What a joke! Is that not what they are there for?

Trust Pilot. I can see the messages you have sent to my email. I see you are requesting me for the details concerning my problems with the Blaggers utilita, you have let me know that utilita have flagged my last review… on the fact I’m not a genuine customer with any experiences with the Blaggers and you have written that my reviews will be deleted. I will be honest with you it make not the slightest bit of difference to me, now although you are asking me for proof which l really haven’t got a problem with ,… fortunately for me l believe I do not need to give proof to anyone, apart from the Ombudsman.I have requested a DEALOCK letter and my transaction paperwork of payments from them.l have written this so Trust Pilot do not have to waste their time. I am going on my path now so! if Trust Pilot wants to be Blagged by utilita on the fact I’m not genuine. Well that’s your choice. Yours Sincerely Maxine Fineschi

Very easy system really like it

I reviewed on Trust Pilot two companies that had dragged their feet wrapping up my late Mother in Laws affairs that had caused great anguish to wife. All I can say is once the reviews were published both companies suddenly burst into action. Trust Pilot a powerful weapon against erring companies.

I DO READ REVIEWS BEFORE i BUY IF i SEE BAD REVIEWS IT PUTS ME OFF BUYING SO i OFTEN FIND MYSELF SAYING i AM GLAD i READ THESE REVIEWS AND MAYBE SAY i WILL NOT BE BUYING,THEN TRUST WILL SAY WE ARE TAKING YOUR REVIEW DOWN AS YOU NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR A GENUINE CUSTOMER WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS THE WHOLE POINT OF LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS TO DECIDE IF i WAnt to go further,this means trust are not wanting to take negative reviews why would I buy anything if there are too many negative reviews they will probably remove this craZY /

This site has direct cooperation with international fraudsters and ignores all the documents of its users regarding internet thieves

is this site regulated at all ? as im reading reviews which are slanderous and could lead to legal proceedings against trust pilot
there is no represented evidence of facts in many reviews and it could be "sour grapes" from competitor companies

I left a negative review for a company that was spamming me (i.e. I am not their customer). Trust Pilot say I must do as the company requests and provide more personal information (as if I am their customer), or my review may be taken offline. Seems like reviews on this website are worthless. I won't be leaving any more.

Trust Pilot are just Con-men and criminals just like O2. How can you possibly give a company a POSITIVE score, like 1 out of 5 , when O2 truly deserve a negative score, like O2 FULLY deserve ! Trust Pilot are paid by these criminal organizations, this is a FACT and am willing to go to court and sue "Can't Trust Pilot" for false and illegal representation. I WILL have many, many witnesses to call on.

I wrote a review on Lov Holidays about how bad they are and somehow I've been recruited to Trust Pilot who now won't leave me alone!! Two words for Trust Pilot and the second one is OFF!!

It took me ages to find the organisation I wished to review which is Companies House. I typed the correct name many times before finding it. There is only one. Millions use it every year. I was offered dozens of companies containing company or house or even words like them. Trust Pilot has 4 stars only because, having found Companies House, doing the review was easy and when I complained it responded that it has asked its IT people to look at it. I hope they solve it..

Why is it made so difficult to present a review on something or some entity that is not list as relevant on trust pilot. I needed to write a review on particular retail park NOT on trust pilots list and cannot na irate to e relevant page. Better signage would be helpful
