Not a genuine company. So out of date with reviews. Bunch review are not verified buyers. Poor standard and not trust worthy

Thank you trust pilot love your site to do reviews I was doing on another site writing reviews too it starts with a (y) do not care for their business practices in my opinion but I really like trust pilot much better. 😀 i have a great experience on trust pilot.

The fact that it is a free service helps me out tremendously as i, being retired, have a limited income. The freeze gives me a level of protection that I would be paying big bucks for elsewhere. Everything I have done from getting a credit card to getting advice on how to manage my credit has been spot on by Experian. Experian, Y'ALL ROOCK! 👍👍

i have been reviewing a particular company and that company has been e mailing me about my review and we are sorting the problem. Trust Pilot keep sending me automated "no-reply" e mails saying the company I reviewed do not know who I am (clearly wrong as we are communicating) and that it needs more details - Trust Pilot say I must supply these or my review will be cancelled! Trust Pilot are obviously on auto pilot with no human running the show. Do they ever read what they are sent or is the show run by a computer that cannot/does think?

I made 1* review complaint about the company Complete Savings which had been helping itself to money from my credit card, lots of other people have made the same complaint, now I'm getting hassle from TP saying they need documentation , receipts, emails , etc made , this happened over a year ago and i do not have any of this info , I provided a copy of my credit statement showing the transaction CS had made , I had already complained to them , and they have given me 1 months refund .

HOW STRANGE IT IS NOW THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE A POST ON THE NONSENSE THAT HAS HAPPENED TODAY, IS IT THAT TRUST PIULOT HAVE HAD ITS WINGS CLIPPED, SO MUCH FOR BEING OPEN / FAIR / & HONEST, (OF COURSE, THIS WON'T GET POSTED )

I had a legitimate complaint with justanswer.com
I was told that Justanswer did not like my review.

I was told if I don't spend another 2 hours getting documentation around my complaint the review will be taken down.

I already spent 3 hours arguing with justanswer.com with them making me feel dishonest now I go thru the same thing with trustpilot.

After proving to justanswer.com that they were in the wrong with bait and switch tactics I will not spend anymore time justifying this review or justanswers review.

I feel trustpilot was bullied into taking down my review

I think Trustpilot is a wonderful tool. In the past it has allowed me to get a response and resolution to various issues highlighted and also gave me an insight into many companies before using them. Thank goodness for Trustpilot. Companies take notice !!

I no longer trust Trust Pilot. And impossible to contact them.
I am being asked to supply my details to the company I reviewed accurately. I am afraid of repercussions if I do this. TP says it will take down my review if I don’t give the other company my details. Fine! I’m not prepared to risk harm to me or my property for the sake of writing an honest review.
This system calls into question the integrity of the whole platform…clearly biased in favour of only publishing positive reviews.
I have been very persistent in trying to contact TP to discuss this issue, but the site doesn’t work well enough for me to contact via the channels they offer!

What an utter bunch of useless C U N T S, Words fail to describe how in incompetent these people are; I'm sure they have people telling them to breathe and blink - they are that stupid.

This is just another scam company selling reviews to scam companies to make them seem legit

i wrote an honest and proven review about a company that had been dissolved 31st jan 2023 and was trading illegally using the same vat number and company number, at the request of the company trust pilot took down the review claiming it was damaging for the company !!! isnt that what review sites are about ? if a company is good and legal and if not then people should know about it. TRUST PILOT YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND OBVIOUSLY AGREE TO DO WHAT THE COMPANY PAYING YOU TELLD YOU TO DO

Trust pilot remove reviews if the company in question has the slightest issue with the review.

My friends and I have experienced this happening. 100% valid reviews are removed and the reasoning is not explained. There's no appeal process to get a review re-instated.

End result is that you cannot trust Trust Pilot scores as they are paid by companies to filter reviews.

Very disapointed in the checking of reviews . Trust pilot do not check integrity but will deny our reviews on silly reasons but if you want to copy 8 reviews and post in different silly names they will accept them

There is no option for ZERO stars as Trust Pilot and employee Rhea in the “Integrity team” deserve.

Because I use a VPN the Trust Pilot AI software has continually considered my reviews fake. Twice now I had to supply documentation for purchases one being cash as a pop up venue so I had NO receipt.

Even supplying a photos of the items I purchased with the current date and sending through as proof I was a customer Rhea to the time (over 4 weeks although the initial message said 2-3 days) to send me two emails saying my legitimate (positive) review would not be put up.

Scrolling through other reviews I noticed a them. If you put down a company or out a few words down without thought and grammar then those reviews are all over Trust Pilot.

What a joke of an organisation with a name that is even more of a joke (smh)!

Trust pilot is as worthless as tactical brotherhood

Trust pilot are absolutely corrupt. You cannot trust the reviews you see on here. They took a genuine review of mine down because I didn’t buy product online so I didn’t have a
Order number, even though I proved that the company had acknowledged that I had been sold a faulty product by email. What you see about a company is doctored and inaccurate. They have also been found out for selling fake reviews. If they have the audacity to take this review down, I will certainly be starting a blog to inform the world of how untrustworthy they really are
