Friendly professional car buyers. I needed a quick sale at a reasonable price for my car as I had seen a private sale for my next at a good price. The price for mine was knocked down a little from the initial internet quote, this was expected by me as my alloys were in a bad state due to water getting under the lacquer. Once the deal was done the money was in my bank within 24 hours. I cannot praise the service given enough.

I'd leave zero stars but it won't let me. My valuation dropped by 25% before they had even been to see the car?? As someone else said in their review; "the internet version of a tyre kicker". Absolute jokers. Avoid and don't waste your valuable time

I recently sold my bmw to Shaun at trusted car buyers and cannot tell you how brilliant this guy is! I was nervous as I’ve never used a company like this before. Shaun made the whole process really easy! My car was inspected, I was given a really fair valuation and within a few days the car was collected and the money was in my back!!! I was worried about giving a stranger my car and logbook with just knowing his name, I think most people would be, but as promised the money is now in my account. Shaun from the Irlam branch was great when he came round to look at my car, fair and honest. Got more than I was offered by other company's, no pressure to take a lower amount, just a simple deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment with Shaun to come and view my car at work. He was a pleasure to deal with and we shook hands 45 minutes later. The car was collected within 2 days and the money was in my bank within 3 business days. Would be a 5* review but I was a little disappointed with the price, however for the service and ease of sale I can’t fault it.

I had a really positive experience with TrustedCarBuyers in Manchester, from the online quote to the final transaction. I received a good price for my car (better than any other similar online buyers) and I felt the whole selling process was clear and transparent. terrible experience got price (110 more than market leader ) so booked appointment then had call saying computer made a mistake and car was over two thousands pounds less that price given, ? appointment suspended then another mail confirming price, so why is employee ringing customer and offering thousands less than system checked appointment and price still original-----whats going on I wonder, have tried contacting their HQ- waste of time
