Trusted Home Solutions representative Ibrahim inspected my loft for damp and mould. His report was very informative and I was very pleased with the information he provided and also the recommended solutions. I would be happy to use Trusted Home Solutions again if I need similar advice.

Great experience. Two gentleman arrived, both very friendly. Advised me on the best place for my batteries and the work was completed quickly. Unfortunately, one of the batteries was faulty so they immediately sorted a replacement for later that week. A gentleman called Dexter came to fit this battery. He was outstanding. Once he sorted the battery he when through the whole app with me explaining everything I wanted to know explaining everything in layman’s terms so I fully understood. Gave me all the numbers I needed to contact anyone if I had any problems. I cannot fault this company and would recommend them to anyone from Garry who came out to sort out what I needed to Dexter who explained everything. Deserve the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have given them!

The engineers arrived exactly on time. They immediately began to carry out the work (they even declined a cup of tea). They carried out the work immediately and cleared up afterwards. Would have no hesitation in using the company again. Thank you again for a job well done, in an efficient manner.

Every step was positive, from the initial contact, through the visit from the advisor and on to the installation.
After a minor problem with the delivery of the equipment, the installer was a delightful man who did a great job, leaving everything neat and tidy, and setting up the equipment and all the monitoring system, before explaining how it all worked in a clear and understandable way. Top marks to all concerned!

These people are an infernal nuisance! They keep ringing using the "Private caller" method. I have told them I am registered with TPS and they are committing an offence under the Telecommunications Act but this makes no difference. I have told them to p..s off three times now but being thick skinned they still keep calling. I normally don't answer numbers I don't recognise but for private reasons I do have to answer " private caller" so this is an affront to my personal life and they are no better than scammers.

Had an experienced Sefton Hoult visit my mother’s property at the start of January. The savings on a battery looked feasible and we both decided to go ahead. I can see the battery clearly on a monitoring software and really happy with the progress within a month. We have switched to an octopus off peak energy tariff and are now topping our batteries up with cheaper electricity. Overall we are really happy

Waste your time with a cold call make appointment an don't show up no phone call nothing.

Had Calvin Stacey do an energy survey on my property, it was very thorough. Everything was put on paper and we decided to go ahead with a battery.

Install was clean and tidy and I’m very happy! Thanks to the lovely lady in the support team who helped me set up my overnight charging as well.

What a devious way to get a salesman with his foot in the door,National Energy Department, what a load of rubbish. Don't trust these people.....you recall the days of the replacement window salesman...those dark days are back in the form of energy conservation sales. What did they say on the phone, "he will test an output on your smart meter then tell you exactly what funding is available to you from the government" How long will this take? "allow at least an hour" Ha ha.....no thanks

I was sent a report detailing everything that was occurring in my loft and given a few recommendations as to what to do. In the end I opted for a new type of insulation and Ive noticed a big difference in my bills; plus, theres no longer any damp problems. The installers were very helpful and didnt leave any mess. Would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

I had a call from a lovely chap, very respectful and he informed us of some eco vouchers that were available.
I am quite a skeptical person in general so I was a bit worried about someone coming into my home. Ryan came to my house inspected my loft for me, he showed me the report for the loft and how much money I could save with the vouchers.
He was very respectful and came with full identification also on display. Haven’t got anything bad to say at all, very easy process.

I had a really nice experience with Trusted Home solutions. The battery is doing exactly what was explained. The installation was tidy and we are happy with the install from start to finish!

Initial cold call but not pushy and not a call centre so understood each other. Good salesman who just addressed what we needed. Excellent fitter but could improve his communication skills. Overall I would recommend this company.

Hi.. going to be honest.. the wife has a phone call about our solar panels. And within mins they rang back saying we qualified for funding to upgrade our system.. the fella was very polite and helpful.. arranged someone to visit and I was under no obligation to pay for the survey. However a customer cost was to be applied for any works.. so I did some internet search and found lots of positive feedback.. so I was happy until I found the negative ones.. now fairs fair.. the positive reviews looked fantastic a little to fantastic if you ask me.. so I decided to cancel and spend some time looking into it some more.. within mins they rang back asking why I had cancelled.. and why I shouldn't take the negative reviews and should only look at the positive ones.. he then asked what bank I am with and I asked why is that any of your business.. he said banks have bad reviews too.. he got very pushy and short with me .. I said as a customer I have the right to decline don't I.. he said I guess but that still doesn't make it right.. ask the question to yourself.. why doesn't this lot send confirmation emails.. why do they ring from a private number.. if it's too good to be true it probably is.. don't get scammed people

We have someone out to have a look at our insulation as we thought we probably needed more. They sent someone out who assessed everything and actually and actually told us that what we had is perfect. Appreciated the honesty!

Trusted Home Solutions recently conducted a loft inspection in my house, due to my property being an old house there was no cavity wall which made it a cold house to say the least! Ryan suggested a new type of insulation and I’ve noticed my bills have been slashed significantly since this and have recommended he visits my neighbour.

Ryan came out to visit my parents and he was very well presented American chap. Was initially sceptical as my parents are recently retired and I want them to invest carefully. He suggested new insulation for their loft as it was very damp and cold in the house and it’s worked wonders.
