Had a visit from one of their representatives from Trusted home solutions at the start of November. Had a lot of concerns with my last company, since being transferred over to Trusted home solutions they’ve managed my every need and have constantly checked in with me step by step to make sure i’m happy with the work completed.

We had a grower 6.5kw system installed last week and are extremely pleased with the job.

The installer cleaned up afterwards and even cleaned my panels!

Had a visit from a representative from trusted home solutions at the start of October. I was persuaded to purchase a battery storage system which I had been looking into for a while. The installation team arrived promptly and worked hard to complete the job. The 6.5kw battery system is working effectively and I am now topping up on overnight energy to maximise my savings

I was a little skeptical about the appointment at first but I wanted more information on battery storage options so I decided to have the energy survey done.

After a week everything seems to be running well and the installers were polite and got the job done without mess.

These ppl are scammers. They ask for loads of personal info and then when they can’t come round when “both home owners are in” they hang up. Nothing legitimate about them.

The domestic battery storage system was installed within days of our first consultation. The installation itself was carried out without any fuss, and the results have so far been encouraging. A whole week without sunshine demonstrates the advantage of storing off-peak electricity for use during the day, already reducing our energy bill. On the few sunny days we've had lately the existing solar PV array has been able to more than top up the batteries. So, a win-win situation. Thank you, THS!

Have been constantly called by this company over the last few weeks. When I answer, they have called themselves various names - National Energy Department, National Energy Centre and National Energy but one operator did confirm they are part of Trusted Home Solutions. I had a conversation with a rather short tempered operator, where I pointed out a couple of the 5 star reviews looked surprisingly similar and I’m more inclined to believe the lower starred reviews. Before I had a chance to ask for my details to be removed from their system the operator called me a c*** (yes, really!) and hung up. I guess these calls aren’t recorded.
Needless to say, I won’t be using their services.

Everything within the agreement was completed on time and very efficiently by a very pro customer service and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone

Jack was very professional when installing the battery. He was explaining what was going on, making sure I was understanding what was going on to ensure I was happy with the process. He did an amazing job.

Although wary of a cold call we decided to give the salesman a chance to explain the process and decided to go ahead with the installation. This was completed in a little over a week by two friendly and efficient workmen who also installed the app on my phone so I can monitor the system. Everything is working as it should and I am very happy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Today September the 3rd 2024 we had a energy storage battery installed to are solar system,the engineer that did the installation from homesolutions was very polite and professional in every way, i would definitely recommend this company 👌

New inverter and solar battery system. The opportunity to upgrade our system was explained and the installation was carried out effectively and with no issues. The further communications have been very helpful.

Jack from the company turned up right on time,was very professional,introduced himself ,was polite and very helpful and explained everything he was doing,hit a minor snag but sorted it out without any complaint.Everything was left neat and tidy.would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Gary came to my home to talk about battery installation benefits and we agreed to purchase. Communication with company has been excellent and I was kept updated through to installation today by Jack. Great worker and he remained focused throughout the job leaving everything tidy and was helpful throughout. Staff at HQ followed up with a call to insure all was ok before I paid the balance due. Faultless throughout thank you team.

received several calls from private number so I answered the 5th one and received a lot of BS from the sales girl about energy grants. so I asked for there website and hung up only to find out they are scammers. a professional company would not withhold there number. don't trust them you will get ripped off.

Conservatory insulation was fitted experletly quickly and efficiently. It works fine the room is now pleasantly warm in hot weather and not too hot to enter

the lad arrived a little late but I was contacted to say he was stuck in traffic. When he arrived he got on with the job he kept everything tidy and when he finished he set my phone up so I could monitor the batteries very happy

We purchased a 6.5kw growatt battery system after having an energy survor with calvin stacy.
at first we was a little bit reluctant to have anyone attend the property, however after being assured that everything presented to us would be factual and solely based off of our propertys usage.
i decieded to go ahead.

installation was done within seven days and the workmen was clean and stidy.
