I called trusted windows and asked for…windows
I called trusted windows and asked for someone to call and give me advise about new windows. The chap who came was very nice and complied to the COVID-19 guidelines. He give me all the details which were clear. What the windows were going to look like and what options were available as I had arched windows in a very old house. I picked what I wanted and he listened to what my needs were. The price was given and it was a great price with the discounts on offer. The windows were installed and the guys who fitted them were great. No mess and took all the old glass and wood away. Did a fabulous job. Very pleased. Even got windows that you can’t hear traffic through. It was a good experience dealing with this company as they did what they said they were going to do. Supply and fit good quality windows. Many thanks. Would definitely recommend and the fitters did a great job fitting big windows into an old house yet retaining the original wooden mouldings of a bigger internal frame. Good job well done.
Great Quality and Customer Service
We got our windows and front door on very competitive price from Trusted Windows. All the process from the quotation to the fitting was smooth and effective with great customer service. The quality of the windows and door is very good, you can definitely see the difference comparing to some others. I would certainly use their services again.
Incompetent from beginning to end
The fitting of my new door was postponed twice due to loosing a missing panel from my door. Then when the fitter did finally turn up (10 wks after I initially ordered it) he complained that he wouldn’t have come at that time in the afternoon if he’d have known he was taking an old wooded door out. After he had finally fitted my new door, there was one more problem, the edging of the door was a different colour to the main door panel so I had a grey door (which was the colour I’d picked) but it had a black edging to it.
I have to say the whole thing was just dealt with incompetence. I would not recommend them as a company to use.

Job well done .

Came on time polite and left everything clean and tidy when they had finished
0 Stars for a Derby job
I would give 0 stars to this company if I could. I am based in Derby. If you call for a quote they come and see you immediately to get an order in with the promise of having the doors installed within 4 weeks. My patio doors were meant to be installed on 1st Sept. This was cancelled the night before (different excuses were given). I then rearranged installation but, again, it got cancelled on the morning of the day of the installation. After that I didn't hear anything else for ages and I had to keep chasing the company for a new date. They finally sent someone to cut out my wall last Thursday (24th Sept). He arrived very late (2pm) for a job that takes the whole day. He ruined my new kitchen laminate's floor as he didn't put any protection on it. My floor is now all scratched and has a huge dint in it. As he finished late in the evening (20:30), the doors couldn't be installed till the next day. I was pleased with the doors once they were installed by the 2nd team however the company never completed the job. I was left with all the rubble outside the patio doors (my rubble is fully made of concrete, containing huge concrete stones). The rubble went into the underground pipes so I had to fish it all out by kneeling on the concrete (not a very easy job!). They also left the waste pipe from the washing machine/dishwasher and sink disconnected so the water flowed into my neighbour's garden each time I used water in the kitchen. Another thing that they didn't do properly is the patio door threshold: it has a huge gap from the floor (about 1 inch off the floor). I tried to ring the company several times to see when they would come to finish the job. As I never heard back, I sent a complaint last Wednesday (30th Sept) and it didn't even get acknowledged. I even sent them photos to prove all the issues. I kept ringing them to see when they'd come and finish the job, I got promises for call backs but these never came. So today (4th Oct) I went to Homebase and bought 20 rubble sacks to move the rubble myself. It is now bagged up in 16 bags. I had to move the huge concrete stones to the side of my drive as I have little children and they could get hurt. So I have also got a heap of big concrete stones on the side as I couldn't bag those up. Who knows what will happen next??? I am completely exhausted from moving all the rubble today on my own (a single mum with 2 kids).
Issues to be solved:
1. I really need to pull the door hard to make it close.
2. The outside water pipe needs to be secured under the patio door step.
3. The rubble sacks need to be disposed of as well as the heap of concrete on the side.
4. The door threshold needs lowering as it's a trip hazard
5. Is someone going to do something about my ruined kitchen floor???
I wouldn't recommend this company. Terrible communication, last minute cancellations and no updates. They only call when the doors are in to take the payment. I don't know how many times I've rang them and yet no solution has been offered. Very unprofessional! I feel completely ignored. From a very dissatisfied customer in Derby.
Pofessional
They were the cheapest with top quality product. Sales rep wasnt pushy but very imformed and advused me of my best options. They kept me informed of any changes to delivery and installation. over all a pleasant and professional company to deal with.
Highly recommend them.
Had a visit today for a quote
Had a visit today for a quote. Never met such a dis-interested salesman in my life.Turned up after changing the appointment time, no apology, no face covering (hello Covid-19 still alive & well). No information given about the locking system, type of glass etc, used a tape measure badly to take measurements.....could it be because I said that I only wanted a quote & wasn't prepared to pay a deposit??? The whole experience was like pulling teeth trying to get the information I wanted out of him.Yes the quote was ok but his attitude put me off using them.

Right here I go
Right here I go, arranged to get a quote for two windows and new door with fanlight, met the man at my daughters house to measure up, give me advice on the styles and give me a quote. Price agreed and I had two days to wait for the surveyor to come, he measured up again and advised me that the window openings would not work as they'd be too heavy and would drop over time, followed his advice and went with the openings he suggested. Fitting day came, the installer told me that he'd be able to fit the windows but not the door, as this had been made opening out onto the footpath outside (through terraced house), so after some phone calls I was told that the door would be taken away, refitted/remade that day. Dodgy I thought, turn a door around so quickly!! So off I go about my business to return later to look at my daughters new windows and doors, to see that the frame above my daughters door was sloping badly, a difference of 30 mm, it looked like it had been fired in with a catapult, at which time I received a call, asking me if everything was OK with my door and windows to which I explained no, it wasn't and was advised to send photos of the problem, which I did straight away and whilst waiting took a couple more. I then received a message with one of the pictures I'd sent and a caption which read, 'some more of his photography skills' obviously not meant for me but for one of his mates/employees,taking the pee out of a customer with a grievance, to which I text back "I don't think that was meant to be sent to me"!!!!! Phone rings, answers it,the voice says that he can see nothing wrong with frame it looked OK, no apologies about the "more of his photography skills"to which I told him that if he could not see anything wrong then he must have eyes like Marty Feldman,(I was annoyed about the photography skills quip, loads of stuttering and bulls#it later, says they'll be up to sort the door frame out!! Now, the windows! My diughter has a little boy, 3 and wild, and there's no child locks fitted to the windows, window 1 in the living room, window 2 in the front bedroom, these windows open outwards and are about 3/4s of the length of the full window, arranged to meet their man and try get these issues sorted, meets up and he agrees about fitting childlocks but he could see nothing wrong with the door frame as he has bad eyes(Marty Feldman)!!! Childlocks were put on, (childlocks ha) and two visits later by their 'best installer' my door frame is still not right, I rang 8 days ago to be told that he thought it had been corrected, no!!! Some one had been, done whatever they done and still left my daughter with a sloping door frame which I'm sure Eddie the Eagle would be proud to use as a ramp, 8 days later and no contact, this has gone on over 3 months now I'm sick of it, I would definetly not recommend these people, all big cars and bulls#it, don't get me started about my partners doors!!! Price agreed and a phone call 2hrs later price had risen by £400!!!! Too many chiefs here not enough Indians, the thing that really gets me is the "more of his photography skills" quip, go's to show that they're not bothered about their customers grievances and just want their ££££££, I held £200 back from the full payment until problems were rectified, they can whistle for it! I advise potential customers to keep away from trusted windows,....... Trusted to do a bodge job and trusted extract the urine, gobshite....... Update 29/09/20.Trusted Windows have informed me and my partner that our guarantees are null and void because we've both held money back until work is rectified, I have a sloping door frame that wouldn't look out of place in the entrance to Willy Wonkas chocolate factory, childlocks that aren't worth the packaging they came in, my partner has a barn door on which the bottom door will not lock, a rear door that has been looked at 3 times now and still has to be slammed to close and shoulder barged to be opened, it was agreed that both monies would be held back until both parties were satisfied with the work completed, which we're not and haven't been since day 1, and to now say that there's a balance due on the account and because of that they will not come out and the guarantee is null and void is totally disgusting, amerteurish and very cowboyish, trusted windows I hope you are reading this and also future customers, this is not over by a long shot, shoddy, impolite, unprofessional Richard Turpins
Waitng for the big bad wolf!…
After an initial delay to replace the windows due to the unprecedented times that we are all living through two guys turned up to do the windows as arranged. They were just two well mannered fitters who knew their stuff and got on with it.We did not know that they were in the house. They left minimal mess which would have been cleaned up afterwards whether it was there or not. Overall very satisfied with the job and the guys who did it. The windows have yet to be tested with a big storm but I am confident they will do the job.
A job well done and the guys at the coal face are a credit to the company.

We had 18 windows replaced 2weeks ago by Trusted Windows and we were very pleased with the results. Everyone from the company were very helpful from the salesman to the fitters. The fitters were very tidy and polite. Many thanks Pam Lane.
We were very pleased with the service…
We were very pleased with the service we received from our first visit to the completed job. The staff behaved in a professional manner and did a professional job. We believe we had an excellent service and couldn’t have been any better. We would recommend Trusted Windows to anyone and look forward to working with you again should the need arise.
Thank you for a wonderful job well done.

Con artists
Took my mothers money, saying be at least 6 weeks, mum rang for update after 6 weeks to be phoned back eventually saying 'we don't want the job' still waiting for refund and credit card company now involved.
Post installation complaints
Our concerns are with the post installation experience. The installation was fine. The workers were quick and cleaned up after themselves but they cracked one of the panes. We were assured a replacement had been ordered and would be fitted in a couple of days. Since then, we’ve found two windows don’t close, two keys are missing, we’ve not been sent the promised receipt and guarantee. No one is answering our emails. Even a phone call has not brought a response! We’ve emailed again today and sent a copy of our complaint to FENSA. On reflection, we should not have TRUSTED them.
Very happy with our order
Slight delay between order and installation (but with Covid it was understandable) - end result was worth the wait. We're very happy with the quality and appearance of our door. Installation was quick and professional. We will certainly consider using Trusted Windows again in the future.
Job Well Executed
In much need of two front windows and Trusted Windows came to the rescue!
A couple of local companies just couldn’t be bothered to even get back to us to view the job & quote, Luckily Trusted Windows popped up on Facebook and the rest is history...... From sales to fitting the whole process was seamless and at no time was any pressure applied.
The quality of the windows when comparing to similar styles in the neighbourhood just outshines the competition.
We know where we’re going when we need to replace some more in the future.
Excellent what can i say
Excellent what can i say. Professional from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would come. The fitters were polite professional and very friendly. The quality is excellent. They cleaned everything up after they finished you would not have known they had been. I would definitely recommend you to any of my friends and family
Overall was a pleasure to deal with
Overall was a pleasure to deal with, kept me informed of any issues as they came up (Front door didn't arrive with rest of the order so they fitted the windows 1 day and came back a week later to finish of), and fitted 10 windows 2 doors and a french patio door over 2 days. Without any major issue. Tidied up after themselves mostly.
