Trusted Windows 

Please Google the owner "Maureen Quin Glasgow" she is well known for being a con woman. I really wish we'd looked in to her background before trusting her. Like everyone else on here she ripped us off. She was utterly venomous and vile screaming down the phone at me when I mentioned the articles that I had found after looking in to her.

Awful. Dont use. My windows And doors initially looked good, but two years on nothing but problems. No customer service can't even get hold of them -don't use them

do not buy any windows products

Looks like they are working with William Davis homes. I’ve had issue with my door they been 12 times nothing fix still keeps jamming,

Very stressful for the following reasons. Window fitters came and took out 3 windows. Started to put new windows in but were the wrong windows. Not what we ordered and although the windows were eventually replaced with correct windows, the kitchen and bathroom windows do not lock open the 2 inches as shown in brochure.
Saga no 2. The carpenter (who was excellent ) fitted 2 lots of wardrobes in separate rooms but we are left with the wood chip frame to paint on both the double and triple wardrobes. The brochure we were shown showed light oak sides and frame. Whilst the trade people were good and I have given 3 stars , overall I would not recommend this company as the brochures shown by the gentleman who called are not what you get .invoice paid on 15 June 1923 just to settle acount

Had our windows fitted in July 2020 and believed after doing research that they were a reliable company. It was not a great experience having them fitted, but the windows looked good so we were happy.
However now 2 panels have 'blown' and the company no longer exists so I will be reporting them to Trading Standards

Took my money - £4k and I haven’t had any windows or doors or a refund.
Months of delays and lies and then I find that they’ve liquidated and started another upvc company.

I had all my doors and windows replaced it was a first class service from quote to completion fantastic set of workers I would recommend giving them a try definitely 5star

Changed ya name to trusted trade company now have we ....so scam people at trusted windows and now u at trusted window .what scumbags

Absolutely awful job - the front door I cannot use because it doesn’t fit properly and all the windows don’t fit as they’ve been measured up incorrectly - of course they promised to come back and sort things but never turned up - rubbish company don’t use them

I paid £6350 for trusted windows to replace my windows and doors, they said they would come back to finish the job this was a year ago and I'm still waiting for them, my house is now so cold it's feels like I have no windows or doors fitted, the windows look like they are the wrong size and they haven't been sealed. I don't know what to do, I am so ill because of the cold weather that comes in now because of Trusted Windows. I have C.O.P.D critical. I wish I never had my windows and doors done, I can't sell my house in the state that it's in. I needed to sell my house to get a bungalow but that not possible now because of the state Trusted Windows left my house in. I use to call it my home but now it's just a bitter cold house I will die in.

Worst company I have ever done business with. They replaced by 2 bay windows and my front door. I spent over £5k with them and they have done the worst job ever. Took out my bottom bay without adding any supports and then when they windows started to bow the fitter refused to carry on with the job and the bowed windows were left for over 24 hours which could have had severe consequences for my house had the brickwork slipped. Eventually someone came to add supports to the brickwork and upstairs bay and the rest of the windows were fitted. I had to threaten legal action to get them to take the issues seriously. When they finally fitted the windows they left large gaps at the end of the windows where they go into the brickwork (so basically they weren’t wide enough) and they tried to cover this with pvc strips until I made them remove the strips and fill the gaps with expanding foam which although isn’t the best solution it was the only one available. My upstairs bay still hasn’t been fixed and you can feel the wind howling through. Both bays have gaps and when you put your hand at the bottom of them a breeze comes through so even though I paid extra for windows with 6 chambers which were sold to me as being more efficient than other windows on the market, it seems that if they are not fitted properly then having 6 chambers makes no difference. I naively paid for the windows in full as they promised to come and fix things but having chased them many times and being told by the MD (Mr Parkinson) that he was personally taking over to ensure things would get done, he went on holiday and when I contacted him time and time again he told me he was on holiday and not to disturb him and then he blocked me on WhatsApp. He says I’m being difficult because I won’t speak to anyone else however given the fact I have spoken to at least 4 other people in the company and explained to each of them what needs to be done and been promised they’ll come in the next 2 weeks (and then don’t) I’m not sure what he’s talking about.
As for my door I tried to cancel that but Mr Parkinson was adamant that he wouldn’t let me out of that contract despite the issues I’d faced with the windows and now the door is letting water in. This is a door which cost £2300 and has so many things wrong with it. I did withhold money for that as I wasn’t going to make the same mistake as with my windows but I now unfortunately have to go to the small claims court to get the money back for both my windows and door as I need them all replacing as they are not fit for the puspose they were purchased for. The company is a disgrace. Be very careful. They have also provided a fensa certificate but I have recently contacted fensa to advise of all the issues so I am hoping they can help aswell as they have been fitted so poorly.

Their after Sale service is RUBBISH. Been trying to contact them via Phone, email not one reply back. Don't bother with this company.

Anyone who has had dealings with these scumbags at Trusted Windows please please report them to Trading Standards. The more people that do the better. Also write reviews on their other business pages ‘Dark matters digital’ We need to warn others not to do business with them! Spread the word and stop these thieving ba****ds from being able to do this again and again!!

wrote a review in December, just wanted to know what about the 10 year guarantee? does this exist, so what happens if this is not valid what do you do?

I too was one of the people scammed by Parkinson and Nolan.

Parkinson new company venture with his wife is called Elegance Events based in the Halifax/Calderdale area. They are on Facebook. The mobile number is on there for all to see. I'm sure the money they are making is to pay all of us back. Im.looking forward to speaking to them soon.

These have now gone into liquidation ive had 2 doors fitted by this company wish i never went with them, there wasn't any communication from them regarding my doors at all I've had to do all the phoning was been fobed off all the time saying they were overseas in shipping containers. Finally had the back door fitted july after my phone call after phone call they gave me cheaper handles instead of the ones i picked they did replace them with the ones i picked but had to send pictures of them to show they weren't the right one's, finally got my front door fitted in september after i had to make numerous phone calls door was fitted but there wasn't any glass in top of the frame said it wasnt a problem could board it for time been told me would take 10 days still never got the glass then 3 days after it was fitted we couldn't get the key out of the lock on the outside of the door took us 10 mins, once again i had to phone them to be told i had to do a video of it & send to them by email
Now found out they've gone in liquidation now my 2 brand new doors if anyrhing goes wrong with them arent under guarantee . 😡

Unfortunately, it would appear that the reviews on this site are painfully accurate when it comes to “Trusted Windows”. I just wish we had read them before parting with £2500 for two composite doors, neither of which have been fitted properly and we had to have a local specialist refit the front door as it wouldn’t shut/open properly and eventually the exterior lock became inoperable, he was appalled at the standard of the fit and it has been fine since he sorted it! Probably going to have get him in to sort the back door now, as it is following suit. Just thought they were ignoring us - never answered calls and/or responded to messages - now it looks like they have ceased trading as we just get nu tone to any number we try. IF THEY ARE TRADING DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, THEY ARE USELESS!!

Left with wrong windows and sills. Damaged glass and walls ! Anyone know what I can do if they have gone bust ! Can’t get through on telephone numbers
