Ordered doors windows and French doors 3rd April after speaking to Martin, was told 10wks paid £2563 deposit , was giving a date of 23rd August , then Friday before was cancelled , communication is shocking , excuse after excuse there struggling with suppliers ect , now Andy says most of the staff are either off with covid yet again or having.g to isolate , they are a joke, if we cancel we lose deposit, do not use them, I personnelly think there going under and trying to keep our deposits , as alot of smaller Co.panys do t have trouble getting the supplies

Placed an order on 31/3/2021with Bill Brooks total price £7500. Paid £1850 deposit. Property was surveyed a week later than arranged. That was not an issue. We were in the middle of lockdown and furlough. Totally understand. Told around 6 weeks but could get up to 8 weeks till fitting after survey due to Covid. So at the latest the fitting will be done by the end of June. Giving 10 weeks. I am still chasing them. They hadn’t been manufactured on 2nd August due to the survey not stating if it was 5 or 6 bifolds ?????? Better than the Covid excuses. Well I phoned on Tuesday this week Kim said she will get the manager to call me after their meeting. NO CALL. I called Tuesday and Kim asked me who I’d spoken to the previous day. I said YOU. She said I will get someone to call you!!!!!! Well I waited three hours and I received a call. Having to explain the whole story again. This time asking for my money back!!!!!!!! They said they would speak to me later that day or on Thursday !!!!!!!! It’s now 16.16pm on Friday 13th August. Just left a message on the answering machine, will I get a call back?????? I am £1850 shy no bifolds and no response. I will let you make your mind up “is this firm to be trusted”.UPDATE *******. It’s now 30th September and I have been messed around another 47 days. Still no delivery date. NOW DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! I have even been to see my solicitor and spoken to Trading Standard. Oh and Trusted Windows said the manufacturer won’t guarantee my bifolds ??????? But Trusted Windows will. Well no confidence there what so ever.

Over Promised and still waiting!!
Placed order with this company in August after speaking to Andy who seemed very nice and reassuring. Advised delays due to Covid before I placed the order and quoted a timescale of 6-8 weeks. The phrase used was to under promise and over deliver. However since I have paid my deposit communication has not been forthcoming. I contacted Andy last Friday 17th left a voicemail, I received a text advised that he (Andy) is now dealing with another part of the business and he has passed my details onto a guy called Phil no one in the office until Monday and that i should expect a callback from him. Had not heard anything so text Andy again who promised Phil would callback he didn’t have a contact number for him advised due to Covid delays blah blah blah. I received a voicemail of Phil on the Monday at 4.15 pm not very clear but said would get a further call on Tuesday with an update. I’ve heard nothing. I left a voicemail yesterday Wednesday and again today. I mentioned to Andy that previously a company had let me down and I had to do all the contacting and in his text he said Have I been in that position with this company. Well the answer to that is YES!!! I’m hoping to be contacted to sort out an installation date but I’m not going to be waiting months and months like some I’ve seen have done.
Customer service is dreadful
Customer service is dreadful. Took 4 months for my windows and door to come...told me lie after lie, one person said everything was ready to be shipped but the fitters had to isolate, the following week they were waiting on the glass. I can handle the delays, its the obvious lies I don't like. Anyhow fitters came did a good job as soon as everything done trusted windows were on the phone demanding money, which I paid. I know regret this as the fitters pointed out that the end caps on my windows were missing as you can guess I've tried calling and emailing trusted windows and getting zero response. Do not use this company I really wish I hadn't. Anyhow my order for a composite door and bifolds are going to another window company!!

Well we’ll been a full year and this company have not even finished the work off have sent a guy to look at front door and bay window 4 times but yet not completed the work but it’s ok to bully people to pay up full
Anyone looking to have new windows and doors stay well away from this company work a load of crap and rub u out of your hard earned money for something that’s not even 100% correct
Ordered a single door on the 17/4/21
Ordered a single door on the 17/4/21, as of today(21/8/21)not received, and more importantly no date on when we might receive our door.
We have chased and spoke with several people(Kim,Lee, Karl,Andy),usually you do not get any call backs,the usual excuses logistics/ containers/COVID, suppliers made though broken.
I would really like a refund of my deposit, and start the whole process with another company, I am currently asking our credit card company to intervene and refund my deposit,( surely a time limit on how long you have to wait must apply), customer service is shocking, I have even considered walking away from the deposit ,the stress caused by constantly chasing and not getting any answers is so frustrating.

So yes the very same day I left the review Andy rang and promised to ring every single week,this happened for about 4weeks.
Andy then advised he would not be ringing anymore and he had passed it onto somebody else in the office and they would ring with weekly updates,this happened for one week!,we have started to chase up again and a young lady in the office advised the fitters had tried to ring us several times(this was a complete lie)really do not know what we can do,however if anybody is considering placing an order with this company DO NOT TO BE TRUSTED WINDOWS!

Excellent service,from the initial salesman Mike. Then through lockdown a few hiccups with delivery,no fault of Trusted Windows. I was kept informed all the way. Fitting of Windows,two excellent guy's came very pleasant and clean and tidy throughout.
They arrived at 9:30 windows fitted, and all cleaned up and tidy. Left approximately 3 hours later, brilliant job done, would recommend 100%.

Although the insides were fitted okay, this has been the most shambolic experience of my life! Covered my bricks above the window outside with a plastic fascia and won’t tell me why. Promised to come and remove it, still waiting 6mths later. Fitted a patio door that sticks. They told me it needs refitting and would book me in, still waiting. Aftercare/customer service is non existent and only when you threaten legal action do they respond. Fob you off with excuses about vans not working and onboarding new staff. Find somewhere else for your windows. This company just wants your money!

The service provided by Trusted windows…was superb
The service provided by Trusted windows was faultless with one exception.
Due to covid and container ships running aground in the Suez canal, it took 3 and a half months from the date of ordering my door, and the door being fitted.
The delay was no fault of Trusted Windows, but if they could have kept more in contact with me, even with nothing new to report, it shows me that they have not forgotten my order.
When the time arrived to fit my door, the team were excellent.
When they arrived at my house, I asked if they would like a brew, and when I got back with the two coffees, the door and frame were off. 3 hours later, they were off. Job done, cleaned up, instructions on how to use the lock all done..Well pleased. Would recommend to anyone..

Happy with my new windows, very helpfull staff, and 100% satisfied with the guy, who came to install my new windows, took old ones away, left everything tidy, only issue, was, took monts from start to finish, (installation only took 6 hours)

Don’t be put off by negative reviews
Some people have unrealistic expectations,
Mistakes happen and they are rectified.
All the more reason for a positive review, but sadly there are a few spiteful, nasty people who have nothing better to do than look for things to complain about.
I highly recommend Trusted Windows for quality of product, customer service and value for money.
I am very pleased with my new front door.

Product is fine
Product is fine, fitting was also good. Issue with communications. First fitting date was aborted day before fitting was due as door had not arrived. We had made arrangements for the fitting, so more notice would have been beneficial. When new date was given we were told that we would receive a phone call the day before to tell us whether it would be morning or afternoon. Didn’t happen. Overall pleased with the end result.
