I finally got round to replacing my 30 year old patio doors.
I had a price in mind of how much I expected to pay and Trusted Windows was very close to it.
They measured up priced it and fitted them exactly as they said they would. I'm really happy with my how it all went and would definitely use them again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought a front door for my mums house and it was such an easy process from choosing the product right the way through to fitting. And the lads who turned up were brilliant. Mum loved them.

As a single mum I was tentative about purchasing new double glazing. However, trusted windows were fantastic from start to finish. Every person that came to the house was friendly, professional and went out of their way to help me. Not pushing me to purchase or selling me anything I didn’t need. The product was fitted in good time and with a reasonable price. I am very happy I will use them again.

This is the second time we have used trusted windows, the second experience was better than the first. The sales people and fitters were all very nice and polite. The wait for the windows was longer than expected but that was out of trusted windows control. Overall a good experience and would use again.

Trusted Windows installed my new front door earlier this year. The service I received was excellent and my door looks fantastic!! It makes such a difference. My house is much more secure and I feel much safer now.

Despite the set backs of the pandemic, and delays with materials etc, Trusted Windows still delivered and installed my new door within the specified time frame. They also removed all rubbish and disposed of my old door. The installation was seamless and I was very impressed with the fitters attention to detail. The initial consultation was also carried out in my home safely, with masks being worn by the sales consultant throughout the appointments. The consultant was kind enough to pay me a second visit as I had changed my mind about the style and colour of the door. There was a lot of lovely options to choose from! They even brought a sample of the door so I could see how secure it is. I would definitely recommend Trusted Windows if you’re looking to revamp your home or want to improve home security.

Just had a new door fitted with you and I am very pleased with it, everything went really smoothly, the fitter was very pleasant and did a really good job fitting it and the sales staff were excellent, thank you will use you again if needed.

Trusted windows provided new windows and a loft window in a timely way and the workmanship was great. The installers were efficient and left the house lovely and clean. Would highly recommend.

Having waited 10 months from order to installation (Of windows and 1 door) the day finally arrived, out of the 10 windows that turned up, 3 windows and a door could be fitted as they were the right size. Another few months later and the other 7 turned up, the other door hadn't been made yet. Up to now, aside from the delays and runaround, we are pleased with the windows. The composite front door that finally got fitted is draughty at the bottom as daylight can be seen through the seal, trim was hanging off the same day as fitted, after weeks of chasing, and 2 visits later, nothing has changed. They may be cheaper than other companies, but not worth the hassle.

Placed our order on 3rd Feb for a door and a window, told it would be approximately 8 weeks. After no communication and numerous chases from me, finally got a date for installation at end of May. Took the day off work on this date, no one from Trusted arrived or even called. When I phoned to check, no one in the office knew anything about this installation date.

Again more chases, every time I was told a different reason for the delay - first the handle was the issue, then the lock, then the colour of the window. Eventually got an installation date for the door only but not the window

Door and one side panel were installed - there was a problem with the other panel. Again, numerous chases by me to get the side panel and window, no communication from Trusted.

Eventually got someone to fit the window, however this was the wrong colour, after it was installed I was told that they couldn't do it in the colour I wanted (despite me being told that this bespoke colour was the reason for the delay)

At this point I was aggressively chased for payment, I wanted to hold back a small portion of the final balance until the side panel of the door was fitted. It was shocking the way I was spoken to by the person chasing the payment, he called me a liar and said that they wouldn't come back to fit the side panel unless I paid.

In short - do not use this company. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go elsewhere.

Untrusted windows
The rep visited us in April and we placed an order for 2 windows and 1 door. He said scaffolding,2 teams,2 days, won't do job if raining& inspection would take place - all not true.Decoration not spoilt, products good,cleaned up - all true. Installation took place on 3rd May in the blowing rain in the morning but they said they were coming in the afternoon. After installation noticed they had put brown sealant around the white window frames instead of white. Only brought 1 window sill instead of 2.and no restrictors.Door not fitted correctly,draught at the top and sealant missed in places on door frame and windows and as we later learned the side cavity on the door had not been filled in.After numerous phone calls arranged a date for the engineer to come and rectify the mistakes. My neighbour wasn't best pleased when he sawed the plastic strips on her garden wall instead of using a sawing table.and he used his car boot as well.After 3 hours still not completed. More phone calls to re-arrange another visit eventually 2 men (Gareth & Andrew) came on the 3rd June and said they were only fitting the restrictors but ended up refitting the door and amending the window sealant (good job done).No wonder they can't specify times to jobs because they don't know what they have to do to rectify work done by others.Workmanship & communication poor with limited apology.I feel the job was rushed in the first place and will not be using this company again .

I placed my order for 6 windows and 2 doors mid March and after 2 cancellations they have now been installed. The windows were installed last week and the team of 3 fitters were very friendly and efficient, clearing any mess before they left. The doors were fitted yesterday by Paul, I believe, who has also done a fantastic job. The product itself seems to be excellent.

Initial fitting delayed because of availability of glass. I was kept informed and the work was completed within a day of availability.
Removal of mullian windows and the fitting of a 3 pane window was undertaken well and that and the replacement of "French Windows" was completed within the part day scheduled.
The staff worked well as a group and taking on different aspects of the work and left the tidy. We were kept informed of the work involved and the progress.
Altogether a statisfactory job completed within a tight schedule.

We had to wait 5 months from ordering for fitting and was originally Told 8-9 weeks. 2 moths after fitting the door did not close properly and had to come and re adjust but this took several attempts to get them back as never turned up when said .
Now the letter box has broken and they will not fix as they have days been opened too wide by postman. I mean it’s a letterbox which is suppose to be opened , quality of material are poor so I suggest do not use this company

The workmanship is poor, the job has been left unfinished for several months. Aggression from them chasing £ for work that is poor quality and incomplete. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a composite front door, French doors and 4 windows.
From the start Trusted were professional and competitive with price. The rep that originally came to our house was professional, respectful and not pushy in any way whatsoever.
Once our order had been placed, Trusted were constantly in contact with us regarding our order and providing updates.
I wasn’t present during the fittings but my partner said the fitters were brilliant and left no mess once finished.
If you’re thinking of purchasing any windows and doors then give Trusted Windows a call!

So today after 12 months of putting up with lies and being patient with this company another broken promise to rectify the outstanding issues today a representative of this company was supposed to be coming to look and arrange for the work to be done this was also going to be done about three weeks ago but no show again. I await your response and excuses.
