Very happy with our new windows and doors. Have been very satisfied with the service from start to finish. The installation team was Brilliant cleaned up after themselves after every room. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The problem with your company has been a catalogue of unprofessionalism and not just the fact that your company was unable to give an installation date. I shall list below -

1. Firstly on meeting your rep I felt quite confident that you were a company of good standing who were professional and had been open 35 years plus with good reviews and was able to complete the job within a 6 - 8 weeks turn around. This turned out to be so far from the truth.

2. After waiting a week for the surveyor and then being told a week later he needed more measurements I was happy to book the appointment. The day came and he had, had his car stolen. This mirrors another google review when i started investigating (google reviews i think this is on and not pilot). I waited a week to hear nothing from your company and I then contacted the rep to say I was not happy to contact the head office who made an appointment with the surveyor to revisit.

3. As I started doing research due to losing confidence in your company I checked companies house and you have only been open a year as you have only filed one years tax returns. Serious alarm bells are ringing after paying the rep £2700 of what was £10,800 but after the rep had left apparently there were extra charges as 2 of the large windows were in 2 frames so the price is now nearing £12,000. Ok I said and told them that I had checked the company's house records and I am seriously worried as most new companies can fail in the 1st or 2 years and with covid i am concerned. I got into a debate with someone who was saying their company was open longer but as I explained to him politely, company house records do not lie. 1 year it says clearly. Ok I will wait a few weeks. I hope to see my windows soon and I will put it in my review. I was asked if I was threatening him and i explained that a review is for people to report on a company's service and is within the law.

4. After several calls to your company who have never tried to give me updates, reassure me my money was safe and that I was with a competent company. At no stage was I made aware that there was a delay or going to be a delay on the windows. In Fact to the point every time I was chasing it up it felt like im doing your company a service and your company was upset with me to a point I stated "for £12,000 I expect a better service" on which the gentleman replied "it doesn't matter even if you were only paying a grand" my response was " Are you for real? That's because it's not your hard earned money and i'm paying bank interest on that". I left the call totally baffled at the sheer unprofessionalism of your company.

5. So after 11 weeks back and forth last week I decided that enough is enough and my partner rang the rep and told him that he set the deal up and as a rep he is paid a commission to sort this out. The office rang from Bradford and said that the windows would be finished at the end of June and I was told I would be sent a letter and I said no I would like an email. At 4.55pm still no email which i received today but we will get to that bit. I contact the office and no response so i go back to the Halifax office which has been very dismissive phone handling through all of the process and last week the 14th May 2021 and i got so upset i said i need to get advice off the financial ombudsman as i have lost total faith in this company and it has seriously left a bad taste in my mouth and a total lack of trust and confidence.

6. I rang today the Bradford office and asked about the returns procedure of my money and i have been told that i will receive a call today from the accounts department which i did ask if i can have and email which i did receive today at 11.51am explaining it has been passed to the department of cancellation department but not i would receive a call today as the call stated not how quick my refund would be. I then received what I asked for on Thursday straight after. More confusion again as it took 12 weeks for this so i hope that your company will not try and use this to try and not give me my return ASAP. I have attached the emails lower.

I will update my review as it plays out from today. How disappointing. I did explain to the gentleman on friday that it feels like I bought a tin of heinz beans and when i've opened it its like cheap peas.I am so disappointed, upset and a drained of energy to result in nothing and bank interest rates.

Recently had 3 windows and a door fitted. Everything went as planned. Everyone was professional. Salesman came out and gave me a reasonable quote straight away. Not starting at £12k like most do and before they leave are down to £6k. Good quality windows and door and would recommend.

I had a new front door and a bathroom window fitted very professional from start to finish I would 100 percent recommend them!

3rd order I have placed with Trusted Windows, the product is good hence why I keep going back for more. The fitters have been 1st class and efficient, tidy and good at what they do. The customer communication has improved since the early days and I can see a difference. I will be placing more business and would recommend this company to others if looking for good value & an excellent product.

I found Trustworthy Windows customer service was excellent. The product I purchased was a new front door, which is better than I expected. The quality is very good and has made a difference to my home. The dotters were very good, polite and removed every bit of debris including the old door. The quality of work is excellent and I would recommend them to my family ans friends, I will definitely use Trustworthy Windows and Doors again.

We are very happy with our French doors. Once they were installed we was over the moon with the fact that there was no draft and the noise was cut down immensely. The guys that installed them were great, they came n cracked on with the job and cleaned up after themselves too. We was kept informed throughout the process. K will defo be going back to them when we need more jobs doing. Thank u so much

We are very happy with the door its great, good quality and colour exactly as ordered.
Installation was swift and clean and tidy. Only took around 3 hours all done.
Overall service very good however it took a long time (which could be down to the pandemic) to arrive and communication could have been better as I had to do some chasing.

We had two windows installed. A large window in our spare room and a smaller toughened glass window in our hall. We paid a deposit and received a call when the windows were ready. The engineers arrived on time and worked hard to compete in a day. The windows were good value for money and the installation was well done. We were overall very happy with the service and felt we had good value for money. We would definitely use them again.

Just a few words to say a huge thank you to trusted windows for the excellent service they provided on the insulation of our new external french doors. The service we have received as been second to none from the date of ordering to the finish result all with in 4 weeks. Quick clean and efficient well done to Andy and all the team. I used trusted windows for our new front door and would highly recommend the service from start to finish was superb. Also the most competitive price and I couldn't fault the fitting service either 2 great lads they did a cracking job and cleaned up properly afterwards 👏👍

We have recently bought a new front door from Trusted Windows and the whole process was Excellent. The sales rep arranged to visit for a quote within a couple of days of me contacting them, the rep was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the door, he was knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Someone called me from their office to let me know that the door had arrived early and arranged an installation date for the door to be fitted.The installation men were fantastic, they arrived a bit early than the appointment time, which was great, they were friendly and chatty as well as being professional, they had a sound working knowledge - answering my questions when asked and giving me sound advice. Then installation men cleaned everything up after themselves and took my old door away - with no extra cost!! They even cleaned the door after finishing the installation.
I absolutely love my new front door, it makes such a big difference to the front of the house and I’ve had a lot of lovely compliments about the door, my children didn’t like my choice of door, however once it had been installed, they both said how good the door looks - which is high praise from my teenage kids!! I like how secure the door is and it comes with a £2,000 guarantee that a burglar can’t break the lock!! I feel a lot safer at night when we’re all asleep and a lot safer when nobody is home, this door is worth every penny I’ve spent on it.

We had a new front door and a bay window fitted.
From the first visit of the Sales Rep to the fitting and installation I couldn’t fault the service. We were kept informed as to what was going on every step of the way.
Andy our Sales Rep came into our home during these trying times was nothing but professional in every way.
He guided us through our selection explaining which products would suit our home the best. We were informed what we would expect to happen after our order had been placed and he was spot on .
The guys in the office kept us up to date with when our installation would take place and again was spot on . Our installation guy came as planned and did an outstanding job. When the installation was completed he talked us through what he had done and wouldn’t leave until we had told him we were completely satisfied with the installation.
I would highly recommend this company completely. When I went online to originally find a company to give me a quote for a new front door and front bay window Trusted Windows were not the company I was looking for ! I saw their website scrolled through their online brochure and then and there my wife and I decided these were the company for us.
The rest they say is history!

Service wasn’t very great from trusted windows.
They put the ventilation on my patio door wrong way round and broke tiles in the kitchen.

It’s cost me money so

Would highly recommend. Very good price given, guys that came out did brilliant job, clean and efficient. Only 1 slight problem with a big window that was sorted out quickly. I have found they kept in touch and i had no issues ringing them up to ask questions. They got back in touch quickly with no problems.

Not to be, unfortunately. I was torn between 2 or 3 stars.
Windows took about 7 months to be installed.
Communication was very poor throughout. Only really improved when payment was requested.
Fitters made so much mess and caused damage to woodwork and stone work.
2 bay windows were beyond the abilities of the fitters. The chief fitter had to come and pull lots of things out and start again. He was the only saving grace in the whole process. He did everything he could to sort things out and is why the rating is not lower. In the end we got a reasonable result but it was a long, messy road to get there.
You may have a positive experience, as per some of the other reviews, but it is not a certainty. We have another 12 windows and a patio door to do in the next couple of years and will be going elsewhere.
