We had a great experience with Trusted Windows, we love both of our new doors, they’re amazing quality and look amazing too. Each person we dealt with, along the way, was lovely. The guys who fit them were really nice and very professional.

Ask for sash windows via the rep. Fitted normal windows of which I told the fitters that these were the wrong windows. Manager came and said he would sort it out. Next day rang saying it was sash look like, my reply rubbish cost me another £500 why. What's the difference between sah and normal windows ,????

Ordered new replacement patio doors in early October which due to circumstances we needed very quickly. We were promised no longer than six weeks. Come the deadline phoned only to be told there would be zero chance before Xmas and would be early Feb! We were heartbroken as my father in law (who's house it was) was in his last few weeks and wanted to see them installed before he passed. This unfortunately was not to be. Anyway, the guys who came to fit them were great. Did a good clean (mostly) and tidy job and the doors look great. We were given a discount as an apology for the delay. Would heartily recommend the company, just not so much their salesmen

Great prices, professional, clean and really good communication. My Nan had to wait in as I had to work while my patio door was being replaced and the fitters wore masks when ever they were in close range of her. Would definitely recommend and will have future work done with trusted windows.

The new door was fitted to a good standard. The fitters were polite and efficient, clearing up after themselves once the job was completed.

I found these guys through a comparison site when I was looking for a quote. They responded within 24 hours and the salesperson was with me the same day. The quote was excellent, and every time they promised something they delivered. The surveyor turned up on time, they did better than their promised lead time and the installers turned when scheduled. All the things that you want really. The product is good it’s improved the insulation as well as cut down road noise. They took away all the old windows and made very little mess. An impressive performance all round.

After looking for some time I thought to invest in some new windows and door. I came across trusted windows over on the internet and got in touch. The staff was very polite and they came out to give me an estimate. I was very happy with the estimate and the way the service delivery was given to me. I was shown a range of designs and I was asked what I would want. On the day I was very very happy to see the windows and door being installed as the installers were very polite and kind. Once everything was installed i could tell just by looking at the new windows and door that this was worth every single penny. The 10 year guarantee gives me full satisfaction that they will last me a very long time. Overall I am very happy and I will and have recommended my neighbours.

We called trusted windows as our old door needed replacing through being fitted wrong by previous fitter so we were apprehensive but from the first visit to fitting the experience was excellent a big thank you to Andy and his team.also to Mattie and Dan for a excellent and trouble free installation and the quality of the door is 2nd to none.i would have no hesitation in using this company again.

When I invite a sales rep into my home, I don't expect to be met with sexual innuendo, arrogance, bragging, extreme political views and belittling of my country of origin and saying it should be "nuked", giving me the middle finger and telling me to "eff off".
To be told to "stay put whilst I take your missus upstairs" made my partner very uncomfortable and me angry. If my partner had been alone during this so called "glazing quote" she would have been afraid.
When I ask for a quote I expect a quote and not a Bernard Manning/Chubby Brown so called comedy routine.
One to avoid.

Easy from start to finish. Sales consultant offered us a wealth of info and a great price so we signed up straight away. The surveyor was brilliant and helped us with our choice of colour. The fitters were excellent, very professional, quick and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

We researched carefully our options when looking to replace our front door and patio doors. Trusted Windows have proved to be an excellent choice. The company was very helpful and informative throughout the production process of our new doors. We are delighted with the products and their installation. Richard the fitter was very courteous and professional and took all safety precautions ie face mask and distancing. The work has been carried out to a very high standard at a very competitive price and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from start to finish - I got exactly the door I wanted - brilliant surveyor who took time and explained everything to me - fabulous designer who talked me through my design and advised me - 2 great lads who fitted my door efficiently- quickly and even cleaned up - every contact made to me or by me was 100% great service - would definitely recommend and will be my first contact for future work

From start to finish I can't fault the service we have received. The salesman who came to initially measure up wasn't pushy, listened to what we wanted & explained the products really well. Even though they aren't the cheapest on the market we chose them due to the salesman who came. The guys that came to do the installation were fantastic, always polite, efficient in their work and knowledgeable in what they were doing and the product they were installing. They cleaned as they were going round and explained all I needed to know about my new windows and doors. I would recommend Trusted windows to family and friends

what a shambles of a company . Although we had a surveyor before windows fitted , they had to come back three times to fit one of our windows . Composite door wrong size , no letter box or knocker , sent back to work shop three times , original door boarded up for weeks .
Now trying to get my fensa certificate rang several times , but no look . My doors and windows have been fitted since November still chasing this company . Nothings ever done right . Looking at previous reviews everyone feels the same , stay well clear .

i contacted trusted windows following an advert on line
got a response and an appointment 21/09/20
we opted for a new front door and a new window for the kitchen following that the fitters arrived with the wrong door and the wrong window but still fitted them... because i was away from the workers because of covid virus i expected the job to be done properly
they left in a hurry and we spotted the many faults with the job I E door wrong glass not level no letter box to name a few... window wrong colour frame and not fitted properly
they have tried to resolve the issues on three occasions and still waiting for any communication from the firm.... no response to me contacting them
i would never employ this company as they are incompetent
