Overall a good experience. Had all my windows replaced in Nov, a few small issues along the way but the company have been very fair and helpful.

Had my sliding door installed yesterday and I’m very pleased. Firstly there was no pushy hard sell with they guy that came to give the quote and the installers did a exceptional job even though the surveyor failed to tell them they had to remove a garage door. They assessed the situation and just got on with it. They cleaned up really well afterwards. I cannot thank them enough. I will certainly be using them in the future.

I hardly give any rating and if than negative, but these guys deserve rating of at least 7 stars. I had windows done before on my previous house and I can say there is no comparison between two double glazed windows.I have even tested them with heat camera to get suprised even more how good these really are. To sum up. Rooms much warmer , no more wet windows in the morning, no condensation when heating off and my wife's favourite thing was the installation. The installer left absolutely spotless job with attention to details and no mess at all. Wife happy, I'm happy.

Their salesman was not pushy and didn't make the usual fake phone call to his boss to keep lowering the price. The men who fitted our new front door were polite and efficient and were grateful for tea and biscuits. The quality of the door is exceptional and we are more than pleased.

Had to wait a while for my order to be done but with the present time it all got sorted I am very pleased with my door and window it is very strong and looks very good the man that installed it got it all sorted in very cold and wet weather no problems

We had some windows fitted earlier this year. Everything went very well from the salesman coming out to us, to Andy who came and surveyed the job to the fantastic team who came and fitted our windows. There was one small hiccup but it was resolved speedily and with professionalism. I can’t fault anything about our experience with Trusted Windows. Would call on them again with confidence.

Had a couple of windows and front door and above the bay window fitted no pressure from them when I got the quote, was the cheapest quote I got from quite a few companies, the fitters were great blokes, no problems, people comment on how nice they look would recommend them.
