Trusted Windows 

Had French door put in. The builders where very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The French doors look great and we very happy with the product. Would recommend using trusted windows.

Great product, pretty good fitters when they finally turned up. When things didn't go to plan the communication was very poor with head office.

Great product, great service and great price. What more can I say? We are very happy with our new patio doors which were fitted recently. The fitters arrived on time, got on with the job and left no mess. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have recently had new windows and doors installed by this company. I have no issues with their products, or indeed with the fitter (who was self employed and not one of their own fitters) who fitted my doors and windows.
However, the way in which the company operates is a complete shambles. Whenever I tried to contact them, which was often, I was told that the person I needed was unavailable but they would phone me back - this rarely, if ever happened. I was told they would be fitted within 4 to 6 weeks of ordering. When they finally agreed to do half the job they did not turn up, and it was up to me to contact them to ascertain what was going on.
The job has just been completed today, the 7th Jan 2021 - I ordered them on the 5th August 2020!
The guys running this outfit are very agreeable until things go wrong then you are threatened with legal action.
The composite door I ordered, which was to be fitted within 6 weeks, was not "off the shelf" and had to be made to measure in South Korea! Had I known that I would never have ordered it in the first place.
They started this company because they said that "we believed we could create a company that treated customers with the honesty, transparency and integrity they deserve". Sadly they have failed. However, to be fair, they have resolved all the issues in the end.

Absolutely mess, do not trust them.They arrived without 1 glass(should install 5 windows)!!! they told us glass will arrive later on, which for us it wasn't a problem. After installation upstairs windows we seen some some small balls between glasses. when i asked they said: ow glass been like that faulty and we haven't seen it before we start the work. i asked why they haven't told us, no one explained. installers said they are only subcontractor. they told me office is not picking up calls all day and they will send someone to exchange the faulty glass, and what they said: its only a glass!!! i asked when they will come back with missing glass for downstairs window and they said me they don't know as no one is picking up calls. They wanted to live frames in our garage. i asked are they coming back tomorrow so they said they don't know as they have different work!!! Mike- he sold us the product, said those windows are cut perfectly well and will fit by millimetres. frame board are not matching. Office avoided our calls, they only rang back when we informed Mike we don't want last window ,and we don't want them again in our house. now they rang us and frighten they will call police as we put photos on the LinkedIn, and my husband said he doesn't want to speak with them, and they need to contact with our solicitor.

Absolutely crap after having all my doors and windows fitted by them my house is now colder than before
and my back room ice cold windows are like hollow I can hear everything outside ..had gap left on side of window that took ages to fix so done it my self .. contact fensa with no reply to see if they could test ....wasted money well peed off...

I would recommend trusted windows. They did a brilliant job with my windows. The two guys who fitted them were brilliant thank you trusted windows.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fitters were professional and highly skilled. Expectations on timescales well managed. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the near future.

Quality of the windows and doors is fantastic. Installers were great and did a very clean job. Our home has been completely transformed.

Put a front door on 2 lads who came was good lads stuck to the covid rules and did a good job thanks

Would definitely recommend, work dine to a high standard, had a few minor chips on door but that was quickly put right. Had both windows and doors installed, workmen very efficient, spotless after work was finished, was done in the timescale they said. Excellent communication especially from Andy. Thank you so much

Overall a positive experience. Installers worked hard all day without a break to get finished. I really like my new windows. Everything came to my specification handles locks etc. I had a new patio door and I love it, very smooth action.so overall a positive experience

Refer to all 1 star reviews below, all of these issues are common. My work is finally complete, 4 months after it was due to be finished. However the only way I managed to get this work complete was too look up the Director myself. All further correspondence went through him.

Definitely a traumatic experience I would never like to repeat nor inflict upon others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I'm noticing the better comments come from those who had only one or two items installed. Similarly my neighbour recommended these and had only two items installed. Seems they struggle to instal more than two items to customer satisfaction.
I told both salesman and surveyor at their visit I wanted like for like appearance re installation of 1 bay window two upstairs windows and one fully glazed door.

The door was installed with overnight airvent that is inoperative, even installer couldn't open it. In addition substantial damage done to render to wall framing door frame, borders on criminal with large areas of exposed breeze block now likely to allow damp into fabric of building.

Upstairs windows have two openers each where I specified only one, I even have an email from them specifying only one opener to each window prior to installation, yet they insist they installed what I ordered. Further damage to render beside frame to one window. Breeze block now exposed to elements.

Bay window now has unasked for picture window to front fascia where three units were formerly installed (total five windows to bay), one side bay opener installed to wrong side of bay opens onto bend in drainpipe so can't be opened properly.

I recommend the salesman in future provides an illustration of what the customer has specified and a space for window illustration be provided on the contract which isn't fit for purpose and doesn't make any sense in terms of a description of an order.

I recommend the company surveyor:-
Learns how to introduce himself in full, when he visits customers and declare the nature and purpose of his visit and asks permission to take photographs. Even my gas engineer had to advise me to find out what he was doing every ten minutes as he thought the surveyor must be having a heart attack due to being upstairs well over half an hour. How long does it take to measure two windows!!! Not only that when it was clear surveyor wasn't coming down after 3/4 hour the gasman had to go upstairs and ask the surveyor to move whilst he fixed radiator! Instead of going downstairs he just moved two foot away!! So much for social distancing! Neither myself nor gas engineer understand what took 3/4 hour for the surveyor to complete??
I also recommend the surveyor be told he has a professional obligation to run through his report and agree it with the customer to make sure he has recorded all specifications before sending them to the manufacturer. The sales contract is not fit for purpose but salesman said surveyor had to be paid for and would fill in the details-------this didn't happen.
I also recommend that customer telephone numbers are not shared cavalierly with staff not trained in customer care, as so far calls made from mobiles have been harassing, ill mannered and offensive.

I also recommend the company puts their FENSA number on their literature and if they are CERTAS approved, as conveyed by salesman, then they need to also put their CERTAS number on their literature.
I still await written response to letter sent 26th Nov which clearly details what is wrong along with remediation measures.

Update today 4/12/2020 Letter received ignoring my request for repair and remediation of all that is wrong. They demand full payment and yet have not offered to put things right. I told them in my letter I would pay rest of bill once they put things right yet still no one has said when they would put things right.
Today, 21st Dec 2020, two months after ''installation'' I finally paid the due balance after two letters finally landed on the right person's desk and were appropriately responded to, and installation was completed.

Remediation took place, with tutor instructions on how to use the air vent (!) along with a small reduction in price due to huge compromise I made on accepting window design I did not choose.

STEER CLEAR.
Fitters were clumsy and workmanship poor. Two very large ceramic plant pots smashed and TV aerial wire cut. I was told I would be compensated but 2 months later I'm still waiting! Same workmen smashed neighbours toilet seat a day later.
Bedroom windows have no security locks and cannot be left open as they are a danger to the children.
Following a visit from my window cleaner I have discovered that the "dirty" marks are in fact inside the glazing unit. They are highly visible from outside - silvery hand prints and splattering of dust, I am now worried that this means the unit itself is damaged.
I constantly try the various phone numbers for the company and if I can actually leave a message no one will return the call. I finally gained some attention via facebook messenger but now that is being ignored too.
Definitely cannot be trusted!

we seen trusted windows online and rang them for a quote ,the estimater turned up and gave us a price not the cheapest but sample of product looked good .We got a date for fitting and were told fitters would be here 8.00 / 8.30 at 10.30 we rang to be told they are just loading the van .At 1.00 we rang back to see where they were and were told they re stuck on another job and would be coming saturday ,i lost a days wage waiting for them.Saturday come they turned up fitted windows and door left telling my wife to close the door you have to pull it to lock,i asked a friend who a window fitter who said it is not right and get them back .After numerous calls the guy turned up and fitted missing ends and drainplugs but said the door he couldnt do.Three weeks later after numerous calls again the fitters called and sorted the door out telling me it was 6mm out of level but the lock was broke due to this he fitted a tempory one and left.Again after numerous calls they turned up with the wrong lock and left to return with the right one two weeks later.we also paid for 3 keys at£20 a go and were told trusted would get them to us and 6 weeks later they still havent arrived . For a company to be advertiser as a good reliable company and the after sales being diabolical i would not recommend them to any one now paying for my own keys as i would be told more lies if i complained again.
