Trusted Windows 

We have just purchased a new Front door from Trusted Windows and are over the moon with it. From ordering the door the surveyor and the fitters arranging a date and time that they kept to, the fitting of the door everything went smoothly. The fitters were very professional making sure everything was clean and all rubbish taken away.
We would definitely recommend anyone to use Trusted Windows in the future.

Trusted Windows are great. Their customer support teams have an innate focus and drive to achieve a level of quality which is second to none, even during a pandemic. Yes, sometimes things go wrong and its no-ones fault but even during difficult operational times, they were able to rectify the issues. The staff were friendly and respectful.

Following my post on the 27th October, Trusted Windows have been in touch, apologised for the delay and have processed my refund.
They will look into the root cause of the delay and improve their processes to prevent this from happening again to other customers.

We had a difficult start and a mix up with the order, but they put everything right in the end. Very impressed with their overall customer.er service.

The worse experience I have ever had with a business.
Initially made an appointment, left work early and they didn’t turn up, or call.
Completed a feedback online advising they hadn’t turned up & heard nothing back.
I then put a 1 star review on here and suddenly I got a call!
They couldn’t then do enough, so I agreed to another appointment & removed the review.
They came and all was fine on the visit.
After the visit I got a call, the person who came had left the business and taken all my order details & personal details with them. This meant they had to come again and take all the order details.
They did that and the door was finally ordered.
Once the door came, on arrival the door was the wrong design. I told the fitters this as they took it out of their van. Not only was the door the wrong design, but they hadn’t brought the spy hole, right lock, security bar, door number & bell with them. It turns out they don’t sell bells, yet they sold me one on their order form.
I had waited that long for the door, I agreed to have it fitted and they would come and fit the extra parts later.
On inspecting the door after fitting, they had scratched the colour coded doorstep & put coloured sealant over it. Luckily I spotted it & they agreed to repair at a later date.
A few days after the fitting the door step sunk 1 inch down into the ground, I reported this & they tried telling me this was normal!
Finally they agreed an engineer would come and inspect the door step, he agreed it hadn’t been fitted correctly & kindly agreed to personally fit it correctly for me.
We made an appointment & again I waited in, only to finally call them & be told he was on a day off & nobody was coming.
We rebooked for another date for the same engineer & I had to wait a few more weeks until he was working again. At this point none of the extras on the order had been fitted either.
I waited in again and an engineer turned up, it wasn’t Mark who I had waited weeks for, he was on another day off!
They looked at the door and the step & decided they needed a tool to do the job correctly & they didn’t have that tool on the day. So we arranged another appointment.
Today was the day they were again fitting the door correctly & fitting all the extras that were on my order. I called them 2 days ago to make sure they were coming, given their track record & was told it’s all booked & in hand. They haven’t turn up! No call, you can’t get hold of anyone, as their customer service voicemail box is constantly full.
Who knows what will happen next in this saga, one thing is for sure. It is the worse experience I have ever had with a company. I wanted to share this horrendous experience, to hopefully warn people & hopefully they don’t then have to go through the same as me.
They did reduce the price twice for me, as an apology along the way. But this is now beyond the point of not sharing this companies way of treating customers. I would rather pay full price & get a good reliable service & product I ordered.
I will update again, once this saga is drawn to a close.

Paid deposit for 2 doors, 2 French windows and 14 windows in mid July.

Eventually got installation date of 16th Sept. We were told it would take 3 days.

Two transit vans with 6 labourers arrived on 23rd Sept and 'installed' everything in one day!

Front door didn't fit so they had to screw the old door back to the frame. Had to use back door since then. 4 windows weren't what we asked for. All doors and windows have been sealed with dark brown sealant - windows are white so looks ridiculous. Loads of holes created in interior walls which have either been left or filled with sealant. Lots of sealant applied is very messy. Glass and nails and screws left all over paths and garden.

Have asked many times when this will get sorted. Only had one discussion to vaguely check what three windows should have been like. No one has visited to review the damage.

Still waiting to hear if & when the problems will be sorted. Not holding my breath.

Good points on Trusted Windows:
1. Good product.
Bad points:
Everything else !
Bad workmanship within fitting teams and damage to property that went unreported.
No customer care until legal action is threatened.
Demand part payment before job is complete. (Do not part with any money apart from deposit till the job is complete.)
A 2 day job took about 6 weeks and to be honest still not 100% even now, July till now, still waiting for a part to be delivered but have given up.
I have photo proof of all, so my advice, approach with caution.
Friends and family were shocked how this company operate. Pleased with the product but worst experience ever.

Absolutely love my new stable door it came with extra features like tilting upper window the process was excellent with good communication from the company and the fitters were excellent and most of all the price was reasonable can't wait for them to fit my patio doors, a courteous and professional company we highly recommend them.

Had a back door fitted. Great quality product and looks the part. Fitting was excellent. Polite young men who left the place clean and tidy and just " got the job done"..... only knocked a star off because of an initial instalation being cancelled due to an issue with the glass. During the time it took to resolve this issue, there was a disappointing lack of communication. Other than that we are over the moon with our purchase. Would definitely consider calling trusted windows when we need replacement windows . Thank you trusted windows. 😁

Recently had a front door fitted and I absolutely love it. Can’t fault the service either, very responsive to any questions you have and the two guys that came to fit the door were very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Having found their price competitive I found trusted windows excellent service from quote through to fitting. Excellent communications from sales / service team. Very pleased with the end product it is exactly what we wanted. Recommended.

We were delighted with the product of two bays and a bathroom window and the installation was excellent from Chris and Phil who worked miracles in appalling weather.
Not given five stars because communication of the delays could have been handled much better but that said phone conversations with Andy x2 and Phil were very polite, respectful and professional.
Overall I would recommend the company and hope they tweak their customer communication.

Initial service sales & surveyor good but when i tried to cancel, they said that under the paperwork i had received i was to late i explained i had never had paperwork & that was what i was waiting for.
I was told in a very aggressive manner that they had sent it & basically i was not telling the truth.
In the end i just accepted, this was just after lockdown & was told the fitters would be using PPE they had none so i stayed away from them, they then rang me constantly for payment even though i needed them back & again i paid just to stop them calling, again i had a very unpleasant call from who i believe was the MD, others were very pleasant.
To cut a long story short i would not recommend them to anybody.

Was given a quote 3 weeks ago and told my french doors would be fitted in 6 weeks, i paid a deposit . The surveyor came 2 weeks ago and said fitting would be in 4 weeks and someone would call me with fitting date in following few days. I left it a week and called asking for a fitting date. Was told someone would call me, still no call and no date. Not looking good at present. Thinking if cancelling and asking for refund.

Can't praise enough. Kept informed, the fitters arrived on time good workmanship and tied up. A problem occurred with the lock, reported it and engineer was there the next morning as promised.
