Well after reading all these reviews I wish l had done so before trusting this scam company and leaving deposit for the composite door. Now all their phones aren’t working and it looks like this company doesn’t exist anymore. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Dreadful company.
They do not care a jot about their customers.
My experience with this company has been the stuff of nightmares from beginning to end.
We still have a leaking window and now the coating is peeling off our new front door.
No answer on the phone from these charlatans.
DO NOT use this company.
It’s beyond belief that they have any good reviews, but there’s ways round it I suppose.

Do not use this company. Manager Andy & Sales staff do nothing when you inform them about your compaint. If you have paid them, they are not interested in anything that has gone wrong.

My mother left a deposit for some windows that were ordered in August, not heard anything since, looking at these reviews, looks like they have gone bankrupt! Shocking that they can do this!

I personally haven't used this company but my mother in law has just lost almost £2000 deposit and has been told the company have gone under. She did have a lot of windows and doors fitted but was waiting on 2 composite doors which are never going to come now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE FOLDED!

I paid deposit of £500 on 6th April and after numerous calls I am still awaiting French Window!!!! I am not allowed deposit back either. BEWARE of losing your money to this Company. Decorating, new carpet and blinds all on hold. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS FIRM.

My husband & I paid £1800 deposit in February of this year & are still waiting for our windows to be done
Lots of excuses.... they can’t source the glass due to covid or brexit
Then they couldn’t source the panes due to covid & brexit
Then they were short of staff yes you’ve guessed it covid & brexit
My husband & I have been so tolerant but now our phone calls & emails are being blatantly ignored
The only positive comments with this company are from friends & family
This is a scam & we have now passed this on to a solicitor

The name in itself is so ironic

I started in April gave them a 1500 deposit and wanted windows and doors fitted in July summer came and went and after many phone calls was always the same result we have your doors and glass but no frames due to pandemic we now in November and still nothing phones go unanswered no joy I’ve ad no choice but to get trading standard involved !!! Support your local company’s hahaha

If they rely on word of mouth for business they'd be out of luck with me. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. I am fed up of sending emails, leaving messages and voice mails. Given the price of gas and I'm left with draughty patio doors. Shocking service all round

If there a 0 star option this would still be 5 stars too many. An appalling company with total lack of respect and regard for customers. The customer service from this company is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They don't answer emails and they don't call back when they should or when you request a callback.
The products are basic and probably not even fit for purpose. After 6 months we are still having ongoing issues and no one is remotely interested so a complaint will be processed. They even had the gall to threaten us with legal action if we didn't pay on time, and this was even before the fitters had left the site.

Had windows and doors fitted in April they left me with a cracked window finely got in touch with them just to be fobed of with excuses they take take your money and then don't want anything to do with you after I would definitely not recommend them this company to anyone

Placed an order for 2 doors in April. Still haven't received my doors and after sending numerous emails and making many phonecalls (unanswered) I am still none the wiser. Starting to think they have ceased trading and not informed me😡

We placed an order (and paid deposit) for new windows in February 2021 - they have not been installed yet. Throughout the summer months, we received promise after promise, excuse after excuse. Now (November 21), nobody answers the phone or returns our calls.

We want a refund!

Where do I start 🙄🙄 ,how these people are still in business I don't know .
Promise after promise to re fit my front door ,two different shade's of rose wood .
Still not fixed the broken tile,s they managed to break three months ago after a fitting.
Wish I had never delt with this company ,my advice stay away from these.

28.10.21 - So further to yesterdays review, within 10 mins of posting the review, I received an email from one of the Directors, Andy Parkinson. Pleasant enough and promising a phone call today and an update. Guess what - no phone call but a two line email received at 3.04pm to say "I have unfortunately made no progress on your order". He hopes to be able to update me tomorrow. I will update you guys tomorrow.
27.10.21 - Absolutely terrible. Ordered in March 2021. Still waiting. Never return phone calls, get pushed from one person to another, always someone else's fault.
Use any other firm but this one - please !

After waiting months for the windows the day arrived,out of the 5 windows I ordered they were all incorrectly made and was left for 10 days with wood panels where the windows should have been-obviously i had to do the chasing and chasing and then this was all not a smooth process and had to keep calling- what a nightmare,must ha
ve had all the team call and even they called not even knowing about all the issues. Several weeks later now and Andy called chasing me for £200.00 they said i owed them- good thing I have a receipt- I asked what he was going to call me about next and he said the weather maybe- I asked if he was joking and he just laughed.NOT FUNNY AND VERY POOR-ONLY GOOD WHEN THINGS GO RIGHT BUT A TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS HOW THINGS GET SORTED WHEN THINGS GO WRONG- IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE CALL TODAY!

Been waiting months and months for my windows to get fitted even left them a £2000 deposit for a ASAP fit. Just noticed on companies house this company is going out of business and reopening as a new company with the same directors TRUSTED TRADE COMPANY LIMITED. What a joke and scam these people are doing with all our deposits. I shall be reporting to trading standards and also my bank to get my money back. Please avoid and pass the word on if you have placed an order with this company!!!

Do not use we paid deposit in March still not had the work done but to be honest probably for the best .Rang on numerous occasions plenty of emails supposed to have windows fitted May nothing then numerous emails later said should be August nothing .Been in touch with Trading standards sent registered mail to them which was never acknowledged decided to pay them a visit told not even on list for doing .However been searching online and noticed they have been served compulsory strike off by companies house ,you couldn’t make it up they have now set up as trusted trade company limited same address same directors think that’s the last we will see of our money.

Absolutely shocking company!
My Mum and Dad paid £600 deposit and are still waiting 7 months later for their purchase. The NOT SO TRUSTED WINDOWS have not once contacted my parents with an update to their order.
How they can call themselves Trusted Windows is a joke. Anyone thinking of using this company please refrain from doing so. Save yourself time and money.
