When we met Sarah we were happy as we both liked her warm and genuine personality. Sarah has a lovely way with my LO cheerfully chatting to him and getting to know each other. She is a very willing capable person.

Trust on Tap has been providing a carer, Nina, for my mother for over five weeks now.

Nina has provided excellent support to Mum and is kind, considerate, cheerful and attentive.

I have been impressed with the ease of contacting Trust on Tap’s team when necessary and extremely happy with their services beginning with my initial enquiry.

Trust on Tap also provided an excellent Carer for my Dad some years ago and I have certainly no hesitation in continuing to recommend them.

A first class service! Would recommend every time. This is the second time using Trust on Tap and we will continue to use this company for all our care needs for my 90 year old mother who lives on her own but requires occasional support.

Well organised and nice staff.

I live with my dad, who has Alzheimer’s and mobility issues, along with our two dogs. Recently, I went away for 3 days/3 nights for some respite and needed to book live-in care for my dad and the dogs. Due to a decline in my dad’s capacity, I no longer felt comfortable leaving him home alone with just three 30-minute care visits for meals, and his usual care company did not provide short-term live-in care.

Following a recommendation from a friend, I contacted TrustonTap only a couple of weeks before my trip. I was very nervous about leaving him and the dogs, but I had nothing to worry about. My dad had a lovely live-in carer named Jolanta Blaskiewicz. Dad and Jolanta appeared to have a lot of fun together, and both my dad and the dogs were well cared for. I would definitely book Jolanta again.

What a difference our TrustonTap carers have made to mum's life - and my sister and mine! Previously she didn't know who was coming through the door but as soon as we moved to Trust on Tap we not only had excellent carers, but she started doing more fun things. My sister and I have daily, easy contact with a WhatsApp group with the carers where we enjoy seeing pictures and videos of mum cooking with them or being taken to museums, garden centres and even the zoo. Life's been more fun for everyone with TrustonTap and we're very grateful to our wonderful carers.

Very professional Company. They listened to my needs and within hours I was sent the relevant information. I picked a Carer and the service was set up for the following week, with the option that if it didn't work out I hadn't committed to anything, but I also had the option to pick someone else. However, it worked out exceptionally well as the Company had obviously listened. Thank You!

TrustonTap introduced an amazing carer to me to assist my elderly mother who has mobility issues and suffers with dementia. The company were efficient and communicative when setting up the introduction and we have been pleased with their service since.

I can work very independently as a self employed carer. The company sends me possible work opportunities which I may be interested in.
The downside is that the client has to choose you, to work for them if they don’t then just keep trying.
I would recommend the company.

Choosing a Carer is a very Important Job as your loved ones are in someone else's hands! and you would hope they are treated with respect and Dignity! so how do you choose? well with Trust on Tap they send you some profiles and you get to try before you buy!!!! well meet anyway! we chose Mohammed I wish I had that much luck with a Lottery Ticket because we hit the jackpot! He and Dad (96) have hit it off and you hear laughter whilst all the Icky Jobs are being seen to! and the Respect he shows Dad is Incredible! * **Update all well and good until the Carer is unwell (they are not Robots) then you are pretty much stuffed! you may get another recommended carer but you have to arrange, all this after finding your loved one stuck in a pile of **** as no one turned up that morning! until this is sorted by the Company I'd avoid! btw Mohammed is still 5*

I am happy about the deal i get and also happy about their customer service. Their service is marked by efficiency and punctuality.
