Amazing product and overall it feels much more expensive than it is. Extremely easy to install (plug&play level), to configure, also pretty satisfying how easy is for them to find you just by giving them two codes, and very stable and precise.

The customer support is also top notch, the second day I received a call from them asking me if I had installed it, just for confirmation, and thanked me for choosing them.

Now, this is not a downside, but some might find the app a bit outdated, in term of design and UI, but don't get me wrong, the interface is easy to use, complex and stable, it just the way it looks. Overall this is one of the best products I have ever purchased, it's nailing every sector.

I have used Trutrak devices on two of my bikes over the past 3 years.
I have found them to be excellent value, reliable and highly accurate ( much more so than some other very expensive trackers).
The staff are friendly, quick to respond to queries and offer practical help.
As an ex law enforcement officer of 30 years experience I believe these products are a major contribution to safety and security.

Fantastic product, customer service brilliant, spoke to a girl called Lorraine on the phone, she couldn't do enough to help. Everything set up with one phone call. Absolutely brilliant.

She reassured me from the start. And guided me all the way through step by.

I recently purchased a tracker from Trutrak which I set up very simply using the instructions supplied. It worked first time and gives me peace of mind that I know where my valuable asset is at any time day or night. Such a simple device but extremely effective. I
emailed TruTrak earlier today to see if I could set up a 'Geo Fence' as the vehicle is never used outside a very restricted area. Within 20 minutes, Dan phoned me and talked me through the procedure to set this up. What fantastic customer service! Impressive! Deserves a very positive review and here its is. I bought a FMT 100 tracker for my camper van from Amazon. It arrived the next day, I fitted it which is super easy and rang TruTrak to register/activate it. I spoke with Jo Burton, she was brilliant to deal with. Literally set me up with the app and everything else in less that 10 mins. WOW, what a superb device.
Fantastically easy to install, and activate. One of the easiest devices I have ever set up.
The device only uses milliamps, so can be connected direct to car battery. It even has a notification system in the app and online to inform you is you battery goes below a certain level, for extra reassuance.
The app is really simple to use and contains so much information, as does the online, web portal.
I was called the day after installation by the Caitlan (after I missed a call from Shannon) just as a welfare call, to check if I had any questions. They didn't even try to sell me a thing.
When I tried calling Customer Services, I got straight through to a person in the UK.
Quite a small device, which is good, and just two wires for power. This could be easily fillted on anything that has a 12v battery.
The only sad issue is that because it is not remotely monitored it is not a 'Thatcham Approved (S5/C3)" device, so may not allow insurance companies to allow any discount. This is a big shame on them, because it massively reduces the risk of total loss by theft, as I can see exactly where my vehicle is.
I am extremely impressed.

I have to say the service from this company is outstanding.

I've had my tracker for a couple of years now and it works flawlessly. The setup process was simple and I love the piece of mind it offers when I'm away from my vehicle.

A couple of months ago I wrote to support because I received a notification that my vehicle had moved when it hadn't. If I'm honest, I wasn't expecting a reply for days which seems the norm for most online support.

However, within minutes, Trutrak phoned me and explained what had happened and what they were doing to resolve the issue so it wouldn't happen again. I was blown away with the service I received. Especially given that I own just one tracker and pay for service every 3 months. Hardly a priority customer you might think.

Today, I contacted support again, this time by telephone because I've just sold my vehicle and wanted info regarding removing the tracker and re-installing it on my new vehicle.

The phone was answered promptly by a real person, who was able to give me all the information I required. Not only that but they manage to do it in a professional and very friendly way. There's no making you feel like you're asking a silly question.

I can't recommend Trutrak highly enough. Their customer service is second to none. If only all companies offered this level of service.

Special mention to Gary, who was the stand out reason I chose this company. After some recent theft in the area I decided to look into a tracker for my car. I had contacted several companies for advice and quickly found I was struggling to have my questions answered over the reliability of the network. Gary went far out of his way to answer my questions, and also send me reading material so I could make the right decision. The tracker was super easy to fit and has far exceeded my expectations in terms of accuracy, ease of use and value for money. I had some questions regarding the geofence and again, Gary accessed the tracker remotely and helped set up the geofence around my home and place of work. 10/10 service and I can’t recommend them enough.

Ok this is my second tracker unit, to say these units are amazing is an understatement, they can pin point to a door number!
So So easy to set up, and customer service is 6 star, they can't be more helpful even if they tried!

Wanted to replace one of my old trackers and chose TruTrak as they have a 4G version, that is made in EU and appears to be good solid quality.
Initially I had an issue with installing/accessing the app on my iPhone, the service support was excellent. Advice worked and product installed and running well - thank you Caitlin!
From a performance point of view, the location accuracy is spot on.

Quite possibly the most efficient company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I have two cars with TruTrak systems fitted. The hardware has been faultless, the prices are reasonable, and the service has been nothing short of perfect every step of the way.

Absolutely amazing tracker so tiny so can be hidden easily.. installed it and then activated it within few mins was very easy and downloaded the app.. absolutely love it.. highly recommended

Really pleased with the quality of this device but also the ease of fitting and getting it registered and up and running ,very easy to do everything online and download the phone app which works well and seems very reliable. Orederd on line, turned up in a flash, fitted it, call TurTrak, a lovely lady help me set it up, and I can't believe how spot on it is, a lovely bit of kit, should have fitted one of these an age ago, you can't go wrong with the price, and the top up price is very good, would easily recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one.

Unbelievable product and customer service. I'm an amateur car enthusiast and installed my FMC920 myself. Any issues I had at all I contacted Customer Support and was dealt with impeccably, whether over the phone or via email, 10/10. All the staff are highly knowledgable, friendly/approachable, and no question is out of bounds. They are based in the UK and I appreciated that. The product itself is a marvel and the App and Browser access to my account gives amazing insights and 'asset' (i.e. car) information. When it came to setting up the notifications in case of theft etc, Caitlyn was phenomenal, going through every setting (I was particularly impressed with the ULEZ waypoint boundaries already set up by TruTrak and how easy it was for me to create my own waypoint boundaries as well). It is early days yet, but I am confident that this product will serve me well over time and is already giving me the peace of mind I was looking for. Totally satisfied! Thank you!

I read these reviews and thought to good to be true, how wrong I was! I had a small problem with activation that I needed sorted asap, unfortunately office was closed BUT sent a message and gentleman gave me a number I could reach him on who promptly set up my account, sorted the minor issue and even allocated the number plate to the vehicle. Unbelievable excellent standard of customer service and the fmt100+ I purchased is great, with excellent and accurate data. Highly recommended don’t look any further than this product. Thanks guys
