We can’t speak highly enough of the service received from Caitlin who was prepared to help us with setting up the tracker and our account even though it was really close to the office closing time. We didn’t feel at all rushed and she promised to call back in the morning to check if there was anything else we needed help with. She did call back and offered other constructive pointers with the app. She also said if we needed any further help her or any of her colleagues would be happy to do this. Thank you Caitlin. So far the tracker seems really good.

Recently experienced issue with my "chinese tracker" purchased from Amazon a few years ago and found these guys.

Fantastic price for such a well featured product, especially so from a UK based company!

Their support is super fast to answer and the product just works!

Ofcourse, the onus is on you to install the tracker in a hidden location so that if your asset is stolen, the tracker cannot be removed, but purely rating the device, the app and their staff, i cannot fault them!

I’ve bought two trackers from trutrak and cannot fault them at all you fit them yourself in about ten to twenty minutes there so easy to fit and there customer service is just outstanding there staff are so understanding and helpful if you need help 100% great price great trackers

Bought the FMT100 from Trutrak. Installed in 5 minutes. I then contacted Trutrak help desk and spoke to Caitlin who patiently helped to activate the tracker, set way points and sorted the PAYG all in 15 minutes.

Great little device that gives you peace of mind, very easy to install and set up, customer services excellent, and subscription user friendly and all reasonably priced.. Highly recommended.. A must, for all scooter owners I'd say.. 👍

This company is simply amazing. I purchased a tracker that was delivered on time and I was slighlty confused as to how to install it. I called the support team and got through to Caitlin, She spoke to me like we had known one another for years (which made me very comfortable and put me at ease). Within a couple of minutes Caitlin had activated my account ,set up my alerts and I was done. Great Job in seconds. I truly commend the service I received and Thank you Caitlin.

We needed to track Santa and his Sleigh on his rounds in December so that kids old and young could see when he was coming to them. Trutrak provided the perfect solution at low cost allowing our website and Facebook pages to just have a "track Santa" button. The tracker worked perfectly throughout and the "visible times" function enabled the sleigh to return to base with no one the wiser as to Santa's home. Thanks to Bob and his team for setting it up - we'll be back next year!

Excellent customer service others could learn from

Excellent customer service, especially the staffs Mr. Jay Moore & Mr. Dan Stephens helped even when I raised a concern in weekends. The FMB010 OBD GPS Tracker is easy to install and track the vehicle. This guys are very very patient and calm in response. I like the product. But the Elephant insurance company ignores the GPS Tracker fitted and said no reductions.

This is a fantastic tracking company. Nothing is too much trouble especially from Jo ( the others are great to ). There's lots of settings you can use and get text / email notifications and all this piece of mind for just over £1 a week and the accuracy of 2 - 3 mtrs. I can't praise or recommend them highly enough.

Sent an email to them to inquire about 5 trackers and within 10 mins had replied and spoke with Jo on the telephone, sent me a product next day (on a saturday), does what it says on the tin. Works really well and has a good app and web platform. They also answer calls and questions in timely manor. Would recommend !

Configuration and setup was really easy through the web site for initial config. App easy to use once initial set up complete. Being able to contact their support and log tickets through the app/web is also great. UK based support is excellent and they were able to add some features i wanted that weren't natively available in the app alert functions.

Ordered from amazon and it arrived quickly. I then initially fitted this to a 24v hgv and it did not work correctly after appearing to have tracked correctly. Upon realising, I contacted the team and Dan was extremely helpful in resolving the situation and updating the unit with newer firmware. I did have to move the tracker as it was not properly reporting but Dan kept in touch and ensured we got to the bottom of the issue and it now works great. An initial blip that was resolved quickly.
My only development point would be better explanation of the icons within the app itself as this causes some confusion, as when the connection symbol turned Amber it appeared as though it had lost connection, but it actually just means the vehicle hasn't moved or been turned on in 2 minutes. Other than that no issues

I purchased the OBD2 device. This is an absolutely terrific product. It's incredibly straightforward to get the system up and running and the performance is reliable. I've referred a couple of queries to customer service and received prompt, helpful responses on both occasions. Excellent customer experience - it's how all products should be.

Have two trackers, and set up was easy, I needed them to be configured, it took one email and I got a call and within 5 minutes it was sorted and they gave me advise on how to improve the setup. Thanks to Bob who called me within in minutes of a second email on a Monday morning. Highly recommend.

This has to be the best tracker we know, easy to use, easy to install, easy to top up and they called me to check up that I was happy with the product and that I was having no issues, what service brilliant. So I highly recommend there tracking devices and the service you get is second to none.
