Mika gets a gold star for best customer service
My 1st call was handled by Ian in refund dept. WAS Arrogant! Then I called back and Mika helped me with a refund that IK was having problems receiving since April. She went above and be-on and was able to get it resolved. You need more customer service people like Mika. Willing to do her job! Not like Ian!!!

Very fast and easy. I have not tried the product yet. It hasn’t been received yet. I only ordered it yesterday, but their customer service department is out of this world, Nica was super helpful at explaining everything and helping me with some of my concerns. Seems like a very nice company to do business with.

My customer service issue was handled by AL, who did a wonderful job. He provided me with the information and support that I needed. Dealing with Al made me feel as if the whole company was legitimate and that I was appreciated as a customer and consumer.

I cancelled my subscription
I wanted to cancel my subscription, so I placed a call to cancel and spoke to Sheiva. She was very cordial and cancelled my subscription. Another order was already processed. We worked out a deal to keep the already shipped order at a 50% discount. I avoided the hassle to returnand pay for the shipping.

Difficult customer support. See my comments.
The website was a bit deceptive from the link from Instagram. I do not like to pick subscriptions because they are difficult to cancel so I was certain I had not and yet I ended up on a subscription. The subscription was for three bottles monthly and you can only take one bottle monthly so that was definitely overkill. All the emails listed for canceling or support did not respond. I had one response finally from a coach that I did not sign up for and I know I said no to that. I ended up using the 800 number listed on my billing statement. The. live customer service was excellent. Everything was handled well to my satisfaction. Hope this product works for somebody, but it just did not for me.

Ending up in a subscription you were certain you'd declined, receiving three bottles monthly when one is all you need, and struggling to reach anyone through our support emails that's not the experience we want anyone to have with Sculptique. We're genuinely sorry it took a phone call to get things resolved.
That said, we're truly glad the live customer service team was able to handle everything to your satisfaction. And while we're sorry Sculptique wasn't the right fit for you personally, we appreciate you giving it a fair try and we hope it finds its way to someone it helps.
The product came as expected
The product came as expected, but my wife didn't see any results. The thing I did not like was the subscription service. They charged my credit card again after sending multiple emails asking for a cancelation. Do yourself a favor and only communicate with them by phone, no matter how long it takes to get someone on the phone. Once I was able to talk to a live person, HEIZEL took care of the refunds and cancelations very quickly with no hassle. I cant say much about how the product works....it may be great for some people, but my wife didn't see a difference.

The agent was very professional. She slowed down her presentation when she learned my hearing was poor. I had to cancel my subscripton because of a furnace problem requiring an large outlay. I couldn't handle the expense. i was glad such an efficient and effective worker was entrusted with my refund and cancellation.

Great product, great customer service!
Ian was so polite and helpful. An order was being sent BUT we are leaving on a trip to see our sons - they live in different states. We have not seen one in over 2 years, one in 1 1/2 years, another in almost 2 years, plus sisters etc. This has taken a lot of planning to manage all the traveling. In addition, I take Sculptique every day. I believe it is really helping my health.
At any rate - Ian was pleasant AND efficient!! He really responded as I hoped he would.
