Hi Andy,

Thank you for coming back and telling us this and we're sorry. You did exactly what we asked and reached out, and then didn't hear back. That's on us, and it's a fair thing to be frustrated about.

Charged twice in your first month, then left waiting after you followed our own instructions that's not how anyone should be treated, and we're not going to explain it away.

We'd like to fix it now, for real. Please reach us at info@trysculptique.com and we'll confirm the duplicate charge, get the incorrect shipment sorted, and correct your account and we'll make sure your message gets a response this time.

We are also reviewing how the subscription option appears at checkout to make it clearer going forward. If anything still looks off, reach us directly at info@trysculptique.com or (877) 694-1919, 8am to 8pm PST, and we will make it right.

Thank you for telling us this we understand why you're upset, and you have every right to be. Being charged for a vitamin D3 add-on you declined five separate times, and then receiving a sales call on top of it, is not the experience we want anyone to have. We're sorry.
